Enjoy the best of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway while staying in this beautiful canal-front home with a private dock, located just a quick 5-minute walk to the white sandy beaches of Ocean Isle!



This home sleeps up to 16 people in 5 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.



Use the stairs or take the elevator up to the second floor, which boasts a spacious open floor plan. Here is where you will find one of two living rooms with plenty of seating for gathering after a fun-filled day in the surf and sand, a dining table with seating for six as well as a large kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and bar top with additional seating for four. The kitchen offers a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, a toaster oven, tea kettle, blender, and crockpot. In May 2026, the kitchen was upgraded with all-new appliances, including a range, double oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Also on this floor is a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, as well as a second bedroom with two queen beds and a private bath. A half bath and laundry are also located on this level, featuring a new washer and dryer installed in May 2026.



On the third floor, also accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find another master bedroom suite with a king bed and private bathroom, as well as two additional bedrooms each with two queen beds and private baths. You will also find a second sizable living room with an oversized sectional, an eating area with seating for four, a wet bar, and a half bath. Both master suites and living rooms have flat screen Smart TV’s.



The canal-side of the house offers spectacular views of the Intracoastal. Take in the scenery on either of the two screened in porches just off the dining room and upstairs master suite or on the multi-level decking perfect for sunbathing! The entire waterfront outdoor space was beautifully renovated in May 2025 and features an upgraded dock with two floating WaveRunner docks for even more fun on the water.



Whether it’s kayaking from your private dock in the Intracoastal or boogie boarding in the ocean, you’ll love Doin’ Time here!



The closest public beach access point is at Raeford St; it's about 0.3 miles & a 5-minute walk. As an added bonus, this beach access is handicap accessible, making it easier for all guests to enjoy the shoreline.



The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be enjoyed responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor children and those are not strong swimmers.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

***Please note that for reservations made prior to April 6, 2026, linens are available for an additional fee. For reservations booked on or after April 6, 2026, linens are included at no extra cost. Thank you!



PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.



Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
