It's clear that the maintenance and cleanliness issues you faced—like the squeaky beds, clogged sink, broken equipment, and lighting problems—were quite frustrating, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been for you. We're also sorry to hear about the safety concerns you encountered, such as the wobbly fans and the basement door, as well as the disturbance from the nearby dog. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any issues in real-time. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to assist you while you were here.
