Thanks again for staying with us Alice :) I agree, it would be nice to have a later check-out; however, with back to back stays, we need a full 6 hours to get the home cleaned inside & out, laundry done, etc. 5 hours is just too tight for the size of the home. Glad you had a great time!

I am sorry that you felt the home didn't meet your expectations Miles. Unfortunately I do not feel this is a fair review whatsoever given you were only at the home for 5 minutes and did not give me any opportunity as the host to hear your concerns and / or remedy any concerns. You were at the home 5 minutes and left. Right after you messaged me that you were choosing not to stay with us, I did send out our concierge team to do a walk-through of the home & to determine if your concerns of mosquitos and/or ants were indeed valid. If your concerns were valid, I would have hopped on a remedy asap as we would never want our guests to have an unpleasant stay. Not only did she do a walk-through of the entire home, inside and out, but she took videos for us as well. As we suspected, the activity was minor and normal given you were outside. We also have all of our homes treated quarterly for all pests, inside and out, and on top of that, our landscaping crew sprays the yard as well. In addition, my husband, our daughter and my in-laws stayed at this property the week prior to your 5 minute arrival and departure, and he did not have this same experience whatsoever.... and he is a very picky guest, especially picky about our VRBOs as we care a lot about the comfort and enjoyment of our guests and keeping the values of our home high! Hopefully if you are a potential guest reading this review, and considering staying with us, you can see through the other reviews of our guests, on this home, and on our other VRBOs that we own, that we care a ton about our guests and their enjoyment of their time with us! We love hosting and take great pride in our homes! :)
