The Space:

With views of Baldy Mountain and unbeatable outdoor recreation opportunities, you will find this home a quiet retreat away from the bustle of town, while still close enough to it all to be the ideal getaway from which you can base all of your Rocky Mountain adventures.
Enter in and take advantage of the convenient bench and hooks to the right of the front door, where you can unload your gear with ease before settling into the cozy living area. Complete with a plush sectional sofa and armchair, a coffee table, flat-screen TV, media console and a gas stove, it is the perfect place to kick back and unwind after a day of exploring.
This home enjoys an open-concept layout, making for easy socializing as you move from the living area to the nearby dining area and kitchen. The beautiful kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dedicated pantry. Fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or whip up a favorite recipe, the kitchen’s close proximity to the living room means the chef in your group can craft their latest creation without missing a thing.
A dining table with seating for 10 is located just off of the kitchen, making for easy serving, while also being close enough to the living area to be an ideal spot for puzzles and games as well.
When you’re ready to tuck in for the night, you will find that the living room’s sectional sofa doubles as a pullout bed. The first bedroom is also located on the main floor of the home and features a queen-size bed, matching nightstands and lamps, a dress, flat-screen TV and access to an outdoor patio. An en suite bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo rounds out this lovely space.
Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms, a charming reading nook and a dynamic and efficient loft space. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, night stands, lamps and access to a private outdoor balcony. A full bathroom with a roomy dual-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo is conveniently located near both upstairs bedrooms.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as parking for two vehicles with the provided parking permits. Please note that the permits are required and must be returned or guests will incur a $100 replacement fee.

Located in the Baldy area, a stay at this townhome will have you surrounded by beautiful nature, with endless hiking trails just minutes away! This is a paradise for avid hikers with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby, perfect for summer hiking adventures. Or, enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River which runs alongside this home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort, getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are just three miles from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.

With this home's close proximity to Breckenridge, you can make your way to the heart of Breckenridge within a quick, five-minute drive. For another easy option, find the Silver Queen bus stop on the Summit Stage Free Bus' Boreas Pass Loop route, just steps from your front door. This FREE public transit option connects you to Breckenridge Station, where you can take advantage of the Breck Free Ride bus system to explore Breckenridge or other Summit Stage Free Bus lines that span the whole of this fabulous area, including other nearby mountain towns such as Dillon, Frisco or Silverthorne. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
