The spacious living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a working desk and a fan. The area features a large stone wall that warms up the space making it inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric plate, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and other utilities for your use. You also have a washing machine and a dining table.

Very cosy and bright, the bedroom has a double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. It also has a wardrobe, a working desk and a fan.

Last but no less important, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

This is a great location to explore the city with attractions such as La Basilique Notre Dame de Fourvière, Place Bellecour, Cathédrale Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Musée Cinéma et Miniature, Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon, Gallo-Roman Museum of Lyon-Fourvière, Musée des Tissus et des Arts Décoratifs, and Centre d'histoire de la résistance et de la déportation. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area, such as Brasserie Georges, L Bar food and drink, Le Sud, Brasserie Le République, Mama Restaurant Lyon, Brasserie le Nord, Le Bistrot de Lyon, and Le Mercière.

The Ampère - Victor Hugo station is only a 3-minute walk away, and the Bellecour station is only an 11-minute walk away. The Lyon Perrache station and the Lyon-Perrache Gare Routière are both only 12 minutes away, and the Lyon Part Dieu station is only 3.1 km away.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
