Spectacular Red Rock and Mountain views are out every window and door, plus readily available on the patio and out the front door. We've spent many evenings on the porch watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too.
This new home is fully furnished with convenient and luxurious amenities. Your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease. There is a community pool and a shared hot tub available for the neighborhood as well, available seasonally (Feb - Nov).
The private hot tub on the patio at the home is serviced for every single reservation. Like the rest of the home, we always want the hot tub experience to be spectacular for all guests.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax in the fully fenced-in patio with stunning views in nearly all directions. We love seeing the sunrise on the Moab Rim (red rock) and the sunset on the ancient volcanic La Sal Mountains (Salt Mountains, in Spanish). As you soak in those views, enjoy the fire pit, backyard games, hammocks, grill, and patio table. Unlike at most of the other homes in this community, you'll have complete privacy in the hot tub as no neighboring homes have a view into the backyard.
INDOOR LIVING
Get cozy inside in front of the huge Smart TV with cable in the living room, dining table, leather couches, sleeper sofa, local art pieces, Wi-Fi included, Bluetooth audio in the main room, TVs in every bedroom.
KITCHEN
Cook and prepare your meals with ease enjoying mountain views out the front window. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, gas range, center island/breakfast bar, cooking essentials, spice rack, utensils & knives, ice-maker, coffeemakers, coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available.
MAIN BEDROOM SUITE
A total dream suite! Huge adjustable king bed, soft linens, ceiling fan, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, bidet-equipped toilet, walk-in closet, private shower with excellent water pressure. Private patio access.
GENERAL
Extra soft towels/linens, gear warmer, massage gun, front-load washer & dryer, complimentary laundry/dish detergent, central heating, air conditioning, high chair, Pack 'n Play, ping pong table, indoor and outdoor games, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry, free WiFi.
All linens and towels are washed with hypoallergenic detergent that has no dyes or perfumes. Please let us know if you have any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of.
For the community: a pool and a separate hot tub. Both are seasonal (Feb/Mar - Nov).

Garage access (2 vehicles), driveway (2 vehicles), concrete parking pad alongside the home for your trailers up to 25ft, street parking (first-come-first-serve)
EV CHARGING
There is a level 2 ChargePoint charger installed in the garage that can charge up to 50amps. Teslas need to bring your own adapter.

Guest Access:
The entire home and garage are available to you (outside of two closets in the home and an outdoor shed we use for storage and supplies). There is a parking strip on the side of the home for your additional vehicles or trailers under 30 feet long. Street parking is allowed, can fit other trailers, and is first-come-first-serve.
The Neighborhood:
Our community is dedicated to dark skies, with no street lamps and ample space between houses you’ll be able to stargaze from the hot tub, patio, or front yard. Set a few miles from town, you'll enjoy the secluded neighborhood with plenty of space.
Several trails, including Slickrock, are close enough to bike to from the home.
PARKS & NATURAL AREAS: Arches National Park (10 mi), Canyonlands National Park, (35 mi), Sand Flats Recreation Area (6 mi), La Sal Mountains (28 mi)
ACTIVITIES: Colorado River (8 mi) – Rafting, Sightseeing, Boat Tours; Biking - Slickrock Trail (6 mi); Most mountain bike shops (~5 mi in Moab); Swimming & sunbathing – Ken’s Lake (6 mi); 4x4 Rentals & Guided Tours – Various vehicle rental agencies (~5 mi in Moab)

Getting Around:
There is generally no Uber or Lyft. You’ll need your own transportation. Moab Area Transit (MAT) operates seasonal busses in the valley. You can download their app from your phone's app store. Vehicle rentals in Moab are possible with options like Enterprise or local shops with 4x4 vehicles or side-by-sides available.

The property is clean and well kept. The location worked out well for us as it was located near many of the places we had planned to go. The fire pit in the yard was very enjoyable. It would be nice if there was some grass, however I can understand why there isn't any

Comfortable, Private Patio and Beautiful Views
We really loved the open layout and location of this home! Enjoying the hot tub and private patio surrounded by majestic Moab was definitely our favorite part. Water pressure in the master shower was wonderful. The house had most everything we needed and markets are close by. We had fun playing ping pong and just enjoying hang time here. At some point you'll hear dogs barking from the KOA behind the house or surrounding rentals in the area. Even so, the patio still feels secluded and private. Host was friendly and attentive throughout the process.

Perfect family rental
We traveled for Moab for an annual winter trip to explore more off-road trails with our family, as well as our best friends. This property was conveniently located to downtown and all of the trails we planned to do this year. The house had everything we need to prepare meals, hang with loved ones, and relax. The owners were super communicative and friendly. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfy after a day of abusing your body in the great outdoors.
Last year we stayed in a condo and heard the upstairs children running all day and all night, so this was much better for us. Ample room, clean, good parking, and a nice home away from home. The double washer and dryer were a plus keeping the families clothes clean the whole trip. We would highly recommend!

Awesome Time
This home was great for our family of 10. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was great, on a quiet street and a close drive into town. It was also close to a few of the nationsl parks. House was well equipped that all we had to bring was clothing, personal items and food. The jacuzzi was a plus in the evening to unwind under the stars after a long day at the parks and river. It wasnt very clean but after a text to the owner, someone came out the very next day and cleaned it for our use. Housekeeping also messaged me on our second day to say hello and let me know we could reach out to her for anything we needed. The barbecue was also great as we used it to have a bbq for my fathers birthday celebration. There were lots of games to utilize for your use such as ping pong, Corn hole, giant jenga and many other family games to utilize in the house. We look forward to coming back again in the future.
