Apartment of 83 m ² very quiet, because it gives on a garden of joint ownership not used in the north and on a street very little passed by in the south.
It is located in the heart of the 9th district of Paris. The neighborhood is very nice, with excellent shops/restaurants and bars all around.
It can accommodate up to people.

## Logement
Located on the 6th floor without elevator, the accommodation includes:
- a room with a double bed and a double air mattress
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped kitchen
- and a living room.

You will particularly appreciate the view of the Sacred Heart from the fireplace and the living room with more than 4 meters high ceiling.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wi-Fi, television, microwave, oven.

The apartment is located near the metro stations "Saint-Georges" and "Pigalle".
You will find a supermarket "Carrefour City" at 6 minutes on foot for your small daily purchases.

During your stay, you can :
- shop at the "primeurs" (rue des Martyrs at 2 min walk),
- stroll in Montmartre (13 minutes on foot),
- have a drink at the "Petits Gros", Avenue de Trudaine or at the Mansard (6 minutes on foot),
- walk on Boulevard Haussman to the department stores (15 minutes on foot),
- have dinner at the Bon Georges or at the Belle Maison restaurant in the street,
- go buy some wonderful things at Fred's on rue Lepic (10 minutes on foot)
- and have a drink on the rooftop of the hotel La Terrasse.

## Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
