RIVERBEND RETREAT LOWER UNIT WATERFRONT W/HOT TUB OPEN YEAR ROUND

Enjoy river life at our newest waterfront Duplex property in the lower unit which has all new high end amenities including a new riverfront hot tub, two 34 foot boat docks and panaramic views of the river from the riverfront deck. (Please note that the boat docks are available only in the spring and summer months, and some of the Fall. They are taken out of the water on November 1st for winter storage) All of the docks in the entire City of Vermilion are taken out of the water by November 1st for winter storage. We also do not have a boat launch, you would have to launch your boat at the public marina (about 5 minutes away) We have a concrete driveway on the east side of the house which would hold a vehicle and empty boat trailer) But the waterfront deck is only feet from the Vermilion River and you feel as if you are right on the water when relaxing on the deck.The unit has a private entrance, living and dining room, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 and a 1/2 baths. We are also a pet friendly. Our Riverbend Retreat offers you an oasis with the feeling of being in a world all your own. Please note: we only rent out the property for a (4 nights minimum) during May thru September and weekends (2 night minimum) in the Fall and Winter months. Winter is fun sitting on the deck watching the snow mobiles zoom by on the frozen river or try out ice fishing thru the local marinas.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTIES ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY OR IN THE HOUSE WITHOUT SIGNED PERMISSION OF THE OWNER AND A SPECIAL SIGNED AGREEMENT ALLOWING YOU TO HAVE THESE. IF IS IT FOUND THAT YOU ARE, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY A $1,000.00 FEE FOR DOING SO WITHOUT PERMISSION AND RISK BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY FISH CLEANING ON THE PROPERTY OR INSIDE THE HOME. There are fish cleaning companies in town.
PLEASE NOTE - DO NOT CHANGE ANY DECOR, FURNITURE OR FIXTURES (DO THAT IN YOUR OWN HOUSE). IF YOU DO, TAKE PICTURES BEFORE AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK THE WAY IT WAS FOUND! IF WE FIND OUR HOUSE CHANGED
IN ANY WAY, WE WILL CHARGE YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT FOR ADDITIONAL CLEANING AND STAGING FEES TO PUT THE HOUSE BACK THE WAY WE (THE OWNERS) HAD IT! IF YOU BREAK SOMETHING, DON'T LEAVE IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO FIND, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO IT CAN BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. There is a House Manual which explains how to use everything in the house.
