The place was in a fantastic location. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was a great option for bringing our family and being able to wash clothes and cook meals. Our host was great with communication and very kind. We couldn’t recommend this place more.

The condo was in a good location near pike place and downtown which was nice but if you are renting a car beware the only “parking on site” is pricey lots nearby or metered street parking which was also expensive. It was clean and good other than the hassle of parking, it’s a garden unit so kinda dark and can be loud but worked well for our trip.

Perfect location to see the sites in Seattle. Host was very responsive and let me know ahead of time that the dryer was not working. We were able to drop our bags off early and go to lunch and place was cleaned by 3 pm check in time. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Seattle in the future.

Good location, and walkable to a number of attractions. Only downside was access to the property. You have to go up a number of steps, and then down a full flight of steps, which was is not easy with heavy bags, or mobility issues. This perhaps needs to be spelt out in the property description.

Perfect size for visitors coming to sightsee. Has amenities needed. Great place to stay. It's a little noisy but for a few day trip it's not bad at all. The surrounding area is very walkable. There's a great coffee shop just outside of the building too! My partner and I drove here in their car and didn't have to use it once besides leaving at the end of our trip. The room is very clean as well. It has everything you'll need for a short stay.

Great location

Perfect place to stay and explore downtown Seattle! Walking distance to the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and the aquarium. It's right at street level so there was some traffic noises but it never bothered us. 1 thing to keep in mind is there are stairs to get into the building and stairs to get down to the unit... so lugging big suitcases wasn't fun! Overall a great location and would stay there again!

Our first trip to Seattle

The condo was perfect. We spent a lot of time out and about so we didn’t utilize all the features of the condo, but it was a nice comfortable bed a place to have quiet dinner together with food that we got for takeout. It really made our experience in Seattle. Great having a nice convenient place to stay.

Excellent choice for a trip to Seattle!

Great location, amenities, and host (extremely communicative and overall pleasant to talk to). Close to monorail, light rail, and a bunch of bus routes! Location felt super safe and there is an excellent doughnut shop just a few feet from the apartment’s entrance - can’t be beat!

The apartment was very clean when I arrived. Dropping off my bags before check-in time helped me find parking and avoid carrying them far. The kitchen has the very basics needed, but it suffices. The neighborhood was noisy, but it is in the heart of the city, so that was expected. There is an excellent breakfast spot directly across the street and Hot Pot Donuts next door. I was able to walk to the market, the Space Needle, and the Giant Ferris wheel. The price was right and I would stay here again.

Great Stay

The only issue with this location is that the street it is on is loud all the time. I recommend ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise it’s great. It is located in walking distance to so many things and public transportation stops.
