Unit D-205. Located across the street from the kamaole beach park. This property has all new furnishings and king size bed. Air conditioning, 65 in tv, full queen mattress wall bed as well as two twin sofa sleepers,, full kitchen with all the amenities . Owner supplies shampoo/conditioner, soap, beach chairs, 2 snorkel/mask, ice chest. Umbrella, hair dryer and iron. Most emails and text responded within an hour but can be instantly. The condo was so nice. Very clean and newly remodeled. The view of the ocean off the balcony is beautiful. Super convenient location, a short walk to a beautiful beach, and to the health food store. The owner is easy to communicate with and very nice.

Great condo, Great location

This is a great condo to stay at. It's as described, clean, and well stocked. We love the location of Alii Kai. It's between Kam 1&2 and near a lot of coffee shops and restaurants. You can't ask for a better place to stay. The host provided clear instructions for checking in and out and it was a smooth transaction.

A great holiday!

The condo worked out well for the four of us. We spent our evenings on the lane and saw some gorgeous sunsets. Access to the highway and shops is good. Love the Cafe Kalia for our coffee. Great coffee and friendly staff. Hope to be back.

Maui vacation

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The place was quiet and had a great pool area. Having 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 boogie boards and a cooler was phenomenal! We had everything we needed and more! Being able to walk to 3 beaches and multiple eating options was great. We would recommend this condo, thank you for sharing your lovely space!

Beautiful condo in Maui

We loved this condo, it really felt like a new one. Ron was very communicative and helped resolve some issue with AC. The beds were comfy, full kitchen, nice ocean view from lanai, beach equipment (note that for snorkeling fin sizes were kids L, so would be good to have something for adults), washer/dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer as we really enjoyed this place.

Just what we were looking for

Everything was smooth and great! Ronny is welcoming and accommodating. My mom and I had everything we could want for our stay in Kihei. We could walk to the beach and bring the chairs and umbrellas provided. Pool access was nice, AC units, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. Loved it! Only trouble was that there was only one snorkel mask and it was leaky. I didn’t both Ronny with this, although I’m sure he would have helped us out. Thanks again for a great stay!

Such a pleasant stay at a great location in Kihei

Check in was seamless. The condo itself was well furnished with updated kitchen and bath. It was very impressive and well kept. Although not the best location in terms of view, we were able to see the beach from the lanai/balcony. Condon was stocked with basically everything we needed to feel at home as well as all the beach gear we need to hang out comfortably near the ocean. The umbrellas, chairs, and boogie boards were super useful! Parking was pretty easy and ample. Just a short walk and a few stairs to navigate to get to the front door of the unit. Only a few niggles: we found a dead cockroach in the living room. The ceiling fan light in the bedroom had a burned out bulb, and there was a crack in the coffee pot. Again nothing serious that made our stay less enjoyable. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend friends and family to as well! Aloha!

Spacious and Private

We simply had a wonderful week. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and the mattress was so comfortable. The highlight was the private balcony with an unobstructed view. Thank you Ronny for being such a fabulous host. Would definitely recommend!

We walked in and saw a beautiful view of the ocean! This location was a short block to the beach. Close to restaurants, beach, groceries and all your needs. We liked how clean the condo was. Even supplied shampoo and rinse! Definitely can’t find a better location than this!

Beautiful! Don’t hesitate to book!

The unit was recently gut renovated and is gorgeous. Brand new appliances, great kitchen for cooking. Love the ocean view! The location cannot be beat. You are right next to Kamaole I beach which is an amazing spot. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There are new high quality beach supplies. The complex is quiet, and we never heard noise from people. The pool and hot tub are lovely. The wifi worked great and there is a huge TV that we never used. The host was attentive, although we didn’t need anything. He was very kind and accommodating regarding a disability. We would love to stay in this unit again if the host will have us!

For the most part, the description of this rental is accurate. It is within walking distance of quite a few eateries, parks, beaches, etc. There is parking available for a rental vehicle, as long as you don't mind it being uncovered. Most everything you need for a vacation is provided even items most people don't think of: waterproof pouches for smartphones, coolers WITH freezer packs, snorkel gear, basic cooking ingredients (PAM cooking spray, seasonings), plugs ports on each bedside table, etc. The one thing is that the AC is only in the living room. There are fans in the bedroom, but if you run hot, the AC missing in the bedroom, could be an issue. It's a nice quiet rental that affords a bit of privacy, and a beach view. Enjoyed dining on the lanai. The lift-top table made it considerably easier to work or check in with work, as needed. Overall, we're happy with our stay
