The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the first half-level above:
- A bedroom with a double bed, cot and storage space

On the first floor:
- One large bedroom for four people (two double beds)
- One bedroom with a double bed and storage space
- A ‘wellness’ room with a four-person infrared sauna and a latest-generation electric massage chair
On the second upper half-level:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a single bed and storage space
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet
In the basement:
- A cinema room equipped with a large screen, video projector and PlayStation 4

You have access to a fully enclosed, tree-lined garden measuring 1,300 m², with views of the mountains and forests.

The rules for using the jacuzzi spa are available in the cottage's internal regulations and displayed on site to ensure proper use by all guests.

An outdoor surveillance camera is installed for security purposes. It only films the immediate surroundings of the gîte and is only consulted in the event of an incident (intrusion, break-in, damage, etc.).

- Ski resorts: La Bresse Brabant (6 mins), La Bresse Hohneck (15 mins), Gérardmer (25 mins)
- Nature activities: Lac de Saulxures (5 mins), Lac des Corbeaux (15 mins), Bold'Air park (10 mins)

- Locked garage for 1 to 2 cars + private parking in the driveway for 3 to 4 vehicles

- Please leave the house clean, clean appliances after use and empty the bins
- Bed linen and towels included: beds made on arrival (1 sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 pillows and 1 towel per person)
- Check-in between 4pm and 8pm. In case of late arrival, a supplement of €30 may be requested by the concierge service
- Departure before 10:00 a.m., check with the concierge for late departures
- Welcome guide provided with all useful information
- Spa opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions
- We remind you that use of the jacuzzi is subject to strict compliance with the hygiene rules set out in the regulations displayed in the house and in the welcome booklet. Any use that does not comply with these rules and affects the quality of the water to the extent that it compromises normal use of the jacuzzi for subsequent tenants will result in an automatic deduction of €300 from the deposit.
This amount corresponds to the travel and labor costs of a technician to perform a complete maintenance of the installation.
