Beautiful property. I had several meals such as morning coffee and breakfast, in the patio, which was right in front of the lake. Condo had everything I needed. I cooked daily, using the greatly equipped kitchen. I also went for hikes near by. The Caddo Bend lake was unlike any-other. Beautiful fun trails, with awesome views of Lake Ouachita. The host was so kind, absolutely friendly, and very communicative Thank you so much for letting me stay at your place!!

It was a little complicated to find in dark but once we arrived it was really nice. Itā€™s a little bit of an older property shared by regular residents but itā€™s gated and sits just got from the water. It was very clean and peace and the host did a fantastic job at providing information. The property was clean and decorated very cute. Overall it was a great time.

Peaceful stay close to town

This condo was perfect for a stop overnight. It was about 20ish minutes from downtown and the river outside of the backdoor was beautiful.

Very nice place to stay & close enough to Hot Springs! Beautiful view over the river. Couple of very minor issues with the shower head & the empty small shelf over the toilet. Would happily stay there again!

Relaxing Getaway

Overall it was a nice stay. AC doesn't cool the bedroom well, so this was a bit negative. Improvements were ongoing on the boardwalk which was a bit distracting.

We enjoyed this quiet cozy condo so much. I have never been in a rental that was any cleaner! Ground floor with easy parking. Dishes and utensils all so nice and functioning correctly. Toiletries provided. Morning and evening views across the water were so beautiful. And access to Hot Springs and Ouachita Mointains was so easy. We highly recommend this rental.

Anniversary Paradise

My husband and I celebrated our 8 year anniversary in this cozy condo and we LOVED it. The lake felt so refreshing. Itā€™s just what we needed. We want to come back again for sure and maybe next time bring floats, but it was still enjoyable just to be in the water- relaxed and unplugged from the stresses of life. Wonderful view of the sun sparkling on the lake watching the sunset. 10/10!

More than expected

This was our first time with Vibo and didn't know what to expect. We got more than we ever have staying somewhere. Everything was great. We fished off the dock outside the condo both days we were there. Quiet and relaxing both nights we sat outside till way after dark. There were suggestions on places to eat which were on point each time. We are booking our next stay at the same place in just a few days. Plenty of area attractions as well. The property manager is go out of her way to help with anything you may need.

Nice Couples Place

For 2 people it's a great stay! I loved the nice clean smell of everything like home! The water had a lot of boat traffic so it wasn't very clear being it was the 4th of July but a decent place if you dont mind swimming in the lake. Everything we needed was supplied. The coffee pot is available to make keurig coffee. If you'd like to have a pot bring some coffee. There were snacks and 2 waters in the fridge cold for us that was so nice. The pots and dishes are available and pretty new, however we didn't cook. Easy access. Parking spot was right in front. We enjoyed our stay a def would stay again! Debbie was very responsive also!

Before arrival I was led to believe the furnishings shown on the website would be accurate, NOT!What caught my eye according to the Vrbo listing she has posted was not what was in the condo. No bar stools. The sofa shown in pictures was not there. (We couldnā€™t even stretch out and relax with TV)Which I thought my husband and I can relax at night and watch a movie comfortably, didnā€™t happen! The sofa that is in the condo was actually white along with two separate chairs. The sofa was supposed to recline back on each side, come to find out the wires were cut. It was not comfortable at all.The A/C unit is in the living room ONLY which DOES NOT cool the bedroom at all, since itā€™s on the opposite side of condo. Water pressure well good luck with that, trying to wash the shampoo out of your hair takes some time!!!Also, the toilet is for a midgetThe microwave was not clean and she listed an oven. Nope itā€™s a microwave oven! The plasticware she has for dishes are pitiful, glass dishes are more sanitary. Shall I go on you say? Certainly, The outdoor furniture was not what was shown on the listing as well. The furniture was dirty and one chair is about broken so be careful. I wouldā€™ve loved to spread out the rug on the patio, but it was so full of funk that I gave up on it! On to the barbecue pitā€¦ my husband wanted to grill steaks but that didnā€™t happen either. Why ā€¦ It only had three legs!Ok Iā€™m out of breath. Never going back.Shouldā€™ve taken more pictures.

Will be Back!!!

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful and peaceful my time was here. I spent three nights in October of 2022. The View was spectacular and it is just far enough away from town to really take in the serenity of this location. Everything was so well thought out and comfortable and there were even bottles of water waiting for me. The Peacock/Peahen painting is magnificent!!! I have already talked to friends about coming back next year I will book this specific place again 10 times out of 10. The communication with the host was quick and easy. Thank you for making my stay relaxing and peaceful.
