Beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath waterfront condo on Lake Hamilton with amazing sunsets you can see right on your back porch. Walk in level condo with no steps. Fully furnished and equipped kitchen. Master bedroom has a king size bed . Sleeper sofa in living room and twin (child size) bunk beds in hall. Full size washer and dryer in the unit. TV cable and Wifi available. Nonsmoking property.

Great Stay

We loved both the location and and the view from the condo! Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we are in Hot Springs.

Super comfy

Area was great and super quiet. The condo was set up nicely and the bed was super comfy! We had everything we needed for a great stay. Will definitely choose this again!

GREAT LITTLE PLACE

The condo was super cute and had fantastic view of lake, within a few yards of waterfront. Master bed very comfortable, should of noticed and/or asked about bunkbeds (size for a small toddler only) but it was still good, used pull out couch. Ate a Red Oak Fillin Station just a couple minutes away, that was fun to be so close.

Awesome location

We had a great stay on Lake Hamilton in this condo. It was very relaxing. Only thing we wish was different was the size of the bunk beds. We were hoping they were full size not just for toddlers. Overall our stay was amazing. 10/10 will definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem!

Great condo in a quiet part of Hot Springs! The condo is right next to the pool and easy access to the lake to launch kayaks! Would definitely stay again!

Great Little Condi

Great condo on the water. The condo is as advertised, clean, and quaint. It’s far enough away from town but close enough to get to the eating spots within 10 minutes or so. The owners are accessible and very helpful! Thanks again for this little spot of heaven!! Until next time…

Weekend Getaway!

The condo couldn't have been any more perfect! Very comfortable and well equipped. The owner was just the sweetest and enjoyed a brief conversation with her over the phone. I would highly reccommend this unit and certainly plan to go back as soon as possible.

Highly recommend!

Very clean and great location. You can see the lake and pool from back porch. The pool is very close and easy to walk back and forth from condo. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable king size bed and we knew the bunk beds were small from another review but the pull out couch worked well for our kids. Linens and bedding was all great quality and clean. It’s about a 15 min drive to restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing condo

We truly enjoyed our time on Lake Hamilton staying in this condo! It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, and offered a great view of the lake. The location is quiet and safe, yet close to town and local activities. We hope to return soon!

Great location

This condo was great and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great view from the back porch and you can even see the pool from the porch. Everything was very clean and well kept. Location was good too, we were 10-20 minutes from everything we did. My only complaints would be that I wish there would have been more kitchen essentials provided like ziplocks/saran wrap type stuff, sugar/flour etc. The beds in the hallway are only big enough for toddlers or kids that dont mind being scrunched up. They are definitely crib size mattresses, not twin.

Great Lake getaway

Awesome condo at the lake. Great updates and very clean. Better sheets than we have at home and the bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Not too far from all the restaurants and shopping but far enough to have a very peaceful experience.

Such a relaxing location

Really close to a beautiful lake. Swimming pool. Only thing we had trouble with was our 6 year old was too big for the bunk beds. They are crib mattresses fyi. But the pullout couch was great for him.

Great condo on quiet, beautiful part of Lake Hamilton

Wonderful condo on a quiet, beautiful part of Lake Hamilton, near Garvan Woodland Gardens but only minutes away from Bathhouse Row, shopping and restaurants. Owners were very quick to respond to questions. We loved it and hope to return. We've been to Hot Springs many times and this was our favorite location.

Nice place on the water

Nice place that has a good view of the water with a grill below and a wooden walkway. My only complaint would be that the hot water didn't last enough for three showers but otherwise enjoyed our stay!
