Perfect Place

This place was perfect for our family of 6! Super clean and spacious. The free waterpark ended up being a huge perk! The water in the pool, lazy river, and slides was heated, so our kids spent all afternoon enjoying the park, even in December! Would highly recommend this place, especially at this price point!

Great condo! Exactly as pictured with plenty of space for our family mini trip. Great location with balcony facing the pool. The main pool was also only a 5 minute walk with a lazy River, pool bar and more. Would stay again.

Just what we needed for a nice weekend with our family!

Everything was perfect! The condo was sparkling clean. the beds were very comfortable and the place is nicely decorated. We enjoyed having a private outdoor space to have our morning coffee and to relax in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay near Disney and Awesome host

We had a great stay at this condo. It looked exactly like the photos—clean, well-kept, and the Disney-themed rooms were a fun touch. The kitchen was fully stocked, and everything worked as expected. Rafaela was super responsive and helpful—she even had a bathroom tap issue fixed the same day we reported it. The Mickey room was a bit warm, but a fan was provided and helped. The washer made some noise, but it wasn’t a big deal. We also really appreciated the wine and chocolate waiting for us at check-in—such a thoughtful gesture. The community felt very safe and was in a great location, close to Walmart and other essentials. The pool area was clean and relaxing, and the lazy river was a highlight—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Only small suggestion would be to add a peephole to the front door, as someone accidentally knocked on our unit. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Sheets on the king sized bed wear stained with black marks on them. The linens appeared very used on the king sized bed. The hot water did not get very hot, barely warm. The A/C would not go lower than 70 degrees and the Mickey Mouse with the Safari theme stayed very warm. The air was not blowing cool in that particular room at all. We had to utilize the floor fans in order to try and regulate and keep the temperature cool in the apartment.

The guest was difficult to communicate with and raised multiple concerns that were not found upon checkout. After inspection, all systems in the home were working properly. The A/C has a minimum setting of 70°F, as disclosed in the house rules, and was functioning as expected. Regarding the linens, they were prepared clean prior to arrival, and the only stains identified were caused during the stay. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly address any concerns.

Uma grata surpresa ao abrir a porta!

Nós somos muito gratos, pq ao abrir a porta, percebemos que a acomodação era muito mais bonita e aconchegante do que as fotos apresentavam. Os quartos temáticos são mágicos para as crianças. A limpeza do ambiente estava perfeita bem como detalhes de carinho como vinho e bombom, ainda que nós não sejamos consumidores de bebida alcoólica, sentimos carinho. Cortinas de bloqueio nos quartos é um belo diferencial para quem é acostumado a dormir em um quarto escuro e isso não é comum nos EUA. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente, e a Rafaela é muito cordial e eficiente, dá pra sentir a busca dela por qualidade em todos os aspectos em todos os seus imóveis para férias.

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Rafaela's condo. The condo is in a great location, close to many different points of interest. The neighborhood and community pool were very nice. The condo itself was very clean, decorated perfectly, beds were comfortable, and the perfect amount of starter supplies. Rafaela was also very kind, checking in on us to make sure everything was going good, and always very quick to respond. Would absolutely rent this condo again in the future and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a place!!
