- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: pull-out bed (2 people)
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Outside:
- An unfenced, south-facing courtyard/garden to make the most of fine weather.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in Lingolsheim, just outside Strasbourg, in a very pleasant, quiet cul-de-sac setting. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Tourist sites: Natura Parc, Lac Achard park, Strasbourg (at the heart of Europe, a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Obernai (a medieval town on the wine route)...

- The rear of the garden is not accessible (storage space), no outdoor furniture available at the moment.
- The house is of wooden construction. People may be present upstairs, which may cause some footsteps or slight creaking in bedroom 1.
- The rear courtyard/barn is not accessible to tenants.
