The Space:
From the 37th floor of Waikiki Banyan Tower 1, the Pacific stretches wide beyond Diamond Head, ocean light shifting through the day while steady trade winds drift through the space. It's the kind of view that makes waking up feel like an event - and with the beach just a block away, the rhythm of island life settles in quickly.
The space
This one-bedroom condo sits high above Waikiki, with ocean view and mountain view framing the living area, bedroom, and private lanai throughout the day. Large windows pull the scenery inside, and a window AC unit keeps the space comfortable year-round. The layout is open and easy to move through, designed for up to four guests.
Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom is separated from the living area by a sliding panel door and holds one queen-size bed and one full-size bed. The living room features a pull-out sleeper sofa, giving the space flexible sleeping options without feeling cramped. Cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage via a closet and dresser are all provided.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Kenmore refrigerator, Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel oven, microwave, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, blender, rice maker, toaster, and baking sheet. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and coffee are stocked and ready. A dining table seats four - an easy spot for a slow morning or a relaxed dinner after a day on the water.
Living area
The living space is set up for downtime between outings - comfortable seating, a 50-inch flat-screen Smart TV with standard cable, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace with a table for checking in on emails or mapping out the next day's plans. An Ethernet connection is also available.
Outdoor living
The private lanai brings the view right to you - ocean, Diamond Head, and open sky. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it a natural spot for breezy mornings or easy evenings watching the light shift over Waikiki.

Waikiki Banyan is located in the heart of Waikiki with shared beach access nearby and free resort access for guests. The building includes a free parking garage on premises for one vehicle, an EV charger (level 2, 220V), elevator access, shared BBQ grill (electric), sun loungers, shared outdoor pool, shared hot tubs, and shared sauna. Paid washer and dryer are available in laundry rooms on each floor. Ground-floor conveniences include a coffee shop and convenience store, and an outdoor playground is on site.
Beach & island essentials
Beach essentials are provided - beach towels, umbrella, beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so days by the water are easy from the start. Rinse off and settle back in before heading out again or winding down for the evening.
