Dieses gepflegte, zentral gelegene zweistöckige Haus wurde kürzlich renoviert und ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern, da es nur einen kurzen, halben Block vom Strand entfernt ist.

Die erste Etage verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und das andere mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett für 3 Personen, einem Badezimmer mit Dusche / Badewanne, einem großen Esszimmer und einem Wohnzimmer mit einem 55-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und einem Blau Ray DVD-Player und eine Schiebetür zur Terrasse mit Picknicktisch.

Der obere Wohnbereich besteht aus einem Badezimmer mit Duschkabine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, zwei großen Schlafzimmern mit individuellen Wandklimageräten und Kathedralendecken. Es gibt ein Oberdeck vor dem Hauptschlafzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher mit Blue Ray-DVD-Player und ein Kingsize-Bett. Das andere Schlafzimmer bietet eine Königin mit einem Etagenbett für 3 Personen.

Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit neuen Matratzen und 32-Zoll-TVs ausgestattet. Die Außeneinrichtungen bestehen aus einer Außendusche (mit heißem und kaltem Wasser), einem Gasgrill, einem Terrassentisch und einem Parkplatz für 3 Autos mit zusätzlichen Parkplätzen an der Bordsteinkante vor dem Hotel. Parken Sie einfach Ihr Auto und gehen Sie einen Block zum Schulhof mit Basketballplätzen, zwei Blocks nach Fantasy Island, Bay Village, Wasserrutsche, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und vielen anderen Aktivitäten.

Great Location

Awesome property. Loved the location, directly down the street from Fantasy Island and other central areas of Beach Haven. Only about 200 yards from the beach. Plenty of space and 4 bedrooms allowed privacy for all of us. We would definitely rent this property again. My communications with the property manager were good. He was responsive to my many questions. My only issue is that the vrbo website would not allow me to Invite my other family members so that they could view the property prior to arrival. I contacted them but was never able to make that work. Other than that, very happy with the property.

Inside was adorable. First place we stayed in that could sleep 12 that actually had seating for 12! We stayed before season so outside not yet ready. Responsive host!

Perfect location

We loved the house, was located in a perfect location close to everything you could want in a beach house. Beach was right across the street, few blocks away from all the restaurants and ship bottom brewery. House fit 10 of us comfortably with the top bunks still available.

Great Location

The location of this property is 5 stars. Didn't have to drive for the few days we stayed there since we could walk everywhere. The house was as expected. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that upon check in, the house was very dirty. The floor was not swept and mopped, trash was still in the garbage can, sinks were covered in toothpaste and tub floors covered in sand. We communicated with the owner who was very apolohetic and willing to come clean it himself, but since we would have had to wait until 5p or later for that, we just cleaned it ourselves. Otherwise, the stay was great, family had a great time, and I recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a convenient location.

Pro:Walk to beach & town, inside comfortable for 5-6 adults. Our internet went out for a full day - but when we told the owner he did respond right away + helped clear up the issue. Con: The pic’s show bedding but the contract sent after payment stated (on #8) must provide all linens, pillows, blankets. My fault for missing this “clause” as we would not have rented this place (most of us flew in.) so we had to purchase bath towels & sheets, etc. There was mouse dropping in the kitchen cabinets, on dishes & dirty silverware & greasy pans. All had to be washed before use. 1st floor queen bed has noisy springs. Bathrooms need updated.

Walking Distance Paradise

This was a perfect house for our family. It was beautifully decorated and had a real beach house feel. The outside was great with a nice sitting area and large table. There were plenty of beds and it was so nice to have cable TV in every room. The best part was the location. You could walk to everything and the beach was only a few houses away. We had an amazing week!

Great Weekend Retreat!

We had a great stay for a long weekend with a large group. House is larger on the inside then it looks from the street. This home is in a great location and is within short walking distance from beach, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Had a great stay and this home would definitely be a great spot to be for the summer.

Would Book Again

My husband, two kids, sister, mom and I rented this home recently for a three night getaway during spring break. This was also our yearly opportunity to visit with my elderly aunt who lives in the area. We chose this home based on its location to the beach, as well as its layout. My mother has mobility issues, so we have to book homes, restaurants, etc. for her with no or very few stairs. Because this home is just a few houses from the beach, and there is a bedroom and full bathroom located on the first floor, this home worked out very well for us. The home is laid out nicely, was clean, is a very quick walk to the beach, has nice outdoor space and has a great balcony off the master bedroom with a view of the ocean. This is also our favorite location in LBI - within walking distance to many of our favorite restaurant and shops, as well as Fantasy Island. Our only hiccup was right before we checked in. We have a 2 1/2 drive for our home to Beach Haven. As we were leaving our home, we still hadn't received the check-in information, so I messaged the owner through VRBO. Once we were in Manahawkin, I still hadn't received the information, even though it was just after check-in time. I found the owner's cell number and texted him for the information. He then responded relatively quickly. It was just a little frustrating having to follow up with him to receive information we should have received hours earlier. Despite the minor check-in obstacle, our stay was great and I would definitely consider booking this home again. Steven, thank you for sharing your home.

Beach Haven Gem

We loved our ladies weekend at this beautiful home! Perfect location for restaurants, shopping and beach walking. House was clean and comfortable with a gorgeous long table providing the perfect spot for chatting and laughing. The upper deck has a great view and was great for having cocktails and watching sunsets. Would definitely rent this home again.

October Weekend !!!

Loved the house! The location was awesome....walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops and the arcade. There was plenty of room for our party of seven plus two surprise guests on Saturday evening...which I'm sure contributed to our tardiness vacating on Sunday morning, for which I must apologize. There were a few items in need of repair...the outside cushions, the screen on the back door slider and one of the blinds in the first floor bedroom. None of this affected our stay. Over all this property was clean, well kept and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends and family. Sincerely, Kathy Driscoll.

This property is in the perfect location in the heart of Beach Haven. Just park your car and walk to the beach which is a half a block away.

This house if perfect if you have kids and need to leave the beach for a lunch or bathroom break without having to get in a car or walk very far between the beach and the house. Fantasy Island and Bay Village is only two blocks away so if you have young teenagers, this gives them the freedom to be independent to walk to the village or go to the arcade and as parents you could feel comfortable knowing that they are not very far.
