Less than 10 minute drive to the full service grocery store, 10-15 minutes to dozens of the areas nicest restaurants, and 20 minutes to downtown Hendersonville. You are also only app. 25 minutes to downtown Asheville, and the world famous Biltmore Estate. Less than 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The cottage has its own private parking area with cul-de-sac for easy & unencumbered access 24/7.

Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Quiet Policy: Please note that the home/estate property is located in a very private, quiet and exclusive farm/estate locale. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.

Pets: Many of our guests have allergies so we have maintained a pet-free environment so they can enjoy their vacation without the potential of an allergic reaction. If you have a pet we can recommend some alternatives nearby.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
