Enjoy a gorgeous panoramic Gulf view through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, or lounge on the large balcony to fully embrace the sea breeze. Ideal for dual families or larger single families, as well as large groups! 3 very spacious bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) - 2 with King bed, 1 with two Queen beds and two twin bunk beds that can easily sleep 6. Each room is equipped with a large high definition TV so everyone can watch the big game or their favorite show.

THEBLUEBIRDOBA.... is able to offer early check in for DIRECT BOOKINGS is 3 pm only, for all other bookings check in will begin at 4 pm.
Garage parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (per HOA rules). Parking passes are $45 each for stays before June 1. After June 1, parking passes will be $60 each. Parking passes will be purchased at the HOA desk upon your stay and NOT included in your quote.
A $250 security deposit is required to be paid 2 days prior to the reservation. It will be a $250 hold on the credit card and will be released 5 days after departure if there is no damage or excess cleaning needed.
A signed rental agreement and a photo id must be uploaded within 72 hours to secure the booking.
Longer (almost monthly) stays are allowed from mid October-mid February. Please message me if you have any questions.
UPDATE: The Oasis at Orange Beach (formerly Phoenix West II) is undergoing a major upgrade. The area around the grills is closed (grills have been moved). Please follow all signs. This doesn’t affect any indoor or outdoor pools.
