We are offering this magnificent country house in the woods, complete with a heated swimming pool, for rent in the village of Inguiniel. It has a floor area of 270 m² and can accommodate up to 12 guests. It comprises a large 48 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a huge garden for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

- Under the stairs: 1 utility room with a hoover, ironing board and iron
- Behind the kitchen: 1 laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse and broom cupboard

The house is ideally situated in the village of Inguiniel, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting on a private road. The house is surrounded by woodland perfect for walks and relaxation; only the sound of birdsong will keep you company. However, all essential shops are just about fifteen minutes away.
Activities:
The village of Inguiniel, lush and hilly, stretching from north to south for a good fifteen kilometres as the crow flies, offers hikers a variety of trails, woodland paths, forests, hamlets and villages, farms and paths along the banks of the Scorff, which are a pleasure to explore.
- Beaches are just a 40-minute drive away.
- The Lann Bourgeol communal forest features an orienteering course.
- Kayaking on the Blavet.
- Lorient, a City of Art and History and France’s second-largest fishing port, is a 30-minute drive away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: Lanvaudan station, 9.5 km away (12 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, 35 km away (35 minutes by car)

- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is provided
- Pets are allowed, subject to a supplement of €15 per stay, for one pet only (cat or dog). Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any household appliances after use.
- No unauthorised parties or gatherings on the premises.
- To ensure peace and quiet and out of respect for the neighbours, please avoid making noise between 10 pm and 7 am.
- The property is strictly non-smoking.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for directly with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
