Our newly constructed Abodu guesthouse is the perfect spot for a solo traveler or a couple to stay in downtown San Jose. The Abodu has everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy our backyard or the great indoors at the end of your day.

We offer really fast Wi-Fi, an easy to use coffee machine, and high quality linens for our guests` comfort.

The guesthouse is located in our backyard. The backyard is shared with two other VRBO listings, as well as our family. You will more than likely see our dogs, kids, us, and other guests.

We have an outdoor seating area next to the Abodu for guests to enjoy, and guests can also use our outdoor dining table.

You are welcome to enjoy the backyard next to the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is located about 25 feet behind my home. You might run into me, my kids, dogs, or other guests on the property. The two other short term rental listings are visible from the front door of the Abodu.

We`re located in a very walkable area of downtown San Jose. Japantown is a few blocks away, and many restaurants and bars are a short walk or scooter ride away too.

We are in a very urban part of San Jose. You will probably hear trains, chickens, sirens, helicopters, neighbors, and maybe more. We feel very safe here and know most of our neighbors.

Light Rail, bus lines, Uber, Lyft, and scooters are great ways to get around downtown San Jose.
