## Logement
This 30 m² apartment is located in a shared chalet, with a view of the Beauregard mountain range, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It was renovated in 2026.

It includes:

a small bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) and wooden flooring;
a fully equipped and functional kitchen with a combined microwave oven and dishwasher;
a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet;
a living room with a sofa bed (140x200), a television and a dining area.

Amenities:
Hairdryer, television, coffee machines (filter coffee machine and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, raclette machine and fondue set.

Parking:
Private outdoor parking for the residence. No assigned parking space.

Please note:
Permanent collective heating is available from November to April. An electric heater is also provided. During the off-season, heating and hot water are available on request.

the apartment is located on Chemin des Noisettes, in the Tollettes area;
free bus service from December to April and in July and August, with the “Val de Neige” stop in front of the building;
a 10-minute walk from the village, where you will find all amenities;
a 3-minute walk from the Champ Bleu ski slope;
5 minutes from Carrefour Montagne or Super U for your shopping;
35 minutes by car from Annecy for a day trip.

Just a stone's throw from Lake Annecy and close to the Mont Blanc massif, it is one of the most beautiful places to spend your summer vacations in the Alps. At medium altitude, La Clusaz enjoys a mild and pleasant climate in summer. Here you can hike in a preserved massif in the heart of the Aravis combes and passes. At the Aravis pass and at the Beauregard plateau, the view on the Mont Blanc is grandiose!
