The villa is located 5 minutes from the Raisins Clairs beach, (one of the most beautiful in Guadeloupe) and close to the city centre, the Marina and the boat departure pier for the islands.



This very pretty family villa of 160m2, fully air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 8 people. It is divided into two habitable parts, separated by a large covered common patio. Ideal for two families or groups of friends, each with their own space and privacy.



The first part has:



1 Air-conditioned master bedroom equipped with a motorized Queen Size bed (160/200), with its private shower room and toilet,

1 Air-conditioned mezzanine open to the living room and fitted with 2 single beds,

1 large living area open to the terrace with sofa and large flat-screen TV,



The second part is composed as follows:



1 Air-conditioned bedroom equipped with a Queen Size double bed (160/200),

1 Air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds that can be brought together (180/200),

1 Shared shower room,

1 Guest toilet,

1 Separate kitchen very well equipped, with a "dining area" with table and chairs,

1 Vast partially shaded terrace of over 200m² giving direct access to the swimming pool, including a bioclimatic terrace equipped with a table and chairs and garden furniture, perfect place to take naps and aperitifs while enjoying the view of the pool and tropical garden.



You will enjoy a large tropical garden of 1600m² in a quiet setting with no overlooking neighbours.

The villa is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility and seniors.
