Layout of the villa: it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 160 cm + 1 bed of 80 cm in 2 of the 3 bedrooms), 2 bathrooms (1 adjoining a bedroom and the second shared by 2 bedrooms), 2 toilets (1 in the private bathroom and 1 independent accessible to all), fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, garden, indoor parking closed by a gate, jacuzzi and private swimming pool.



Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.



Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, Lavazza coffee machine, toaster, wine cooler, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.



Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (basic Canalsat bouquet channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.



Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), table and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, charcoal barbecue.



Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reserve of 1250 litres in case of cuts.



Swimming pool: yes, beautiful swimming pool of approximately 6mx4m with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers. Family jacuzzi next to the pool.



Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation.



Linen: the household linen, including beach towels, is provided in full.



Associated services: upon your arrival, a planter and the basic elements of the first breakfast will be waiting for you. Possibility of a housekeeping service on demand with a supplement during your stay.



To note:

-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV vouchers accepted) except in case of booking via Airbnb.

-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance.

-A security deposit of 2000 euros (cheque not cashed) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.

-A cleaning fee of 120 euros (debited by cheque or cash) is to be provided upon entry into the premises.

-Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival of 5% of the stay amount capped at 4€ / night / adult (except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people external to the contract.
