Übernachten Sie in der besten Wohnung in Orange Beach! Das neu eröffnete Phoenix West ist eine der luxuriösesten Eigentumswohnungen am Golf! Sie können einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf vom Balkon oder durch die raumhohen Fenster in der Einheit genießen. Mit über 50 Quadratmetern ist das Gerät sehr geräumig und neu eingerichtet.

We had cables hanging over balcony from a painting crew and paint crew passing by balcony a couple times a day. Wasnt that bad but disappointing. The washer wasnt in great shape, it banged loudly on every load , regardless of size. We did have great time and would return to this or other phoenix properties, we love them !

Fun at beach and condo amenities were excellent!

Kids enjoyed all the options of water activities and beach/water was beautiful! We had 11 in our condo and plenty of space! Getting down to our garage parking in checkout day was chaotic! Elevators were very slow. Dryer needs to have element checked or replaced. Hope to get back!

Loved condo....lots of space

The condo was great. Loved the ice machine. Deck furniture was not real comfortable for lounging but view was great. Pillows in master bedroom could have been upgraded. I would have liked a,fluffy comforter. Overall, place was great place to spend a week w family. We plan to return.

The location was great, the view beautiful the condo not. The bedrooms were clean, the living room couch one cushion did not even fit on the couch and the chairs and couch was dirty. They were stained and have the smell and feel of oily skin. The kitchen was described a well appointed kitchen was ready for the chef. If you can describe well appointed as - two frying pans one that looked like it had been used as a cutting board. We had to go buy two pans and clean pot holders. I can not tell you how many socks we ruined from the bottom of them being black from the floors. Very disappointed, extremely disappointed.....we stayed in May 2023 in Gulf Shores and the condo was clean and beautiful. Will not return

We all loved the lazy river and the jacuzzis, when we could get in one, because almost every night there was a group of people in each jacuzzi partying and not letting others enjoy them. Also, the elevators were very congested Saturday when we got there and if they closed the pools. They need more elevators or they need to figure something out with them. For our actual condo, it was ok. It needs updated badly, the furniture, the pots and pans and cooking spoons. The furniture is filthy dirty, the beds weren’t very comfortable, the inside of the cabinets aren’t very clean, there’s mold in the showers, and the condo itself just was not clean at all. If we walked around barefoot our feet would get black within minutes or our white socks would. There was still sand all over the floor. Some of the towels were dirty. It just didn’t even look like someone had cleaned it. If I pay someone $265 to clean my condo I would expect it to be clean not half assed. But other than the condo not being very clean, overall it was a nice resort.

There was a couple of things that were disappointing like having to pay $102 to park 2 cars after already paying $2700 for a 3 night stay. The condo was awesome but in need of some updating like the refrigerator. The water and ice maker did not work at all. There was an additional icemaker but not filtered water. Also, we reported that a remote was missing from one of the bedrooms and in another bedroom the TV wasn't working. No one ever came to check on that. We finally restarted the dish and got it working on the 2nd day.

Rental agent has always been accommodating, very informative and professional. She is super quick to respond to any questions. Staff on site are always friendly and helpful as well. Rental property has everything you could possibly need to accommodate your stay however long. This particular unit was overall great, but it does need some minor upgrades. Take into account, this is just a personal opinion, because I have stayed in other units. Chairs in living room are noticeably worn. Dark wood doesn't make me feel like it's very beachy, but that's just me. I'm OCD, so the mismatch light fixtures were drawing my attention more than I like. Sorry! We had no problems with any appliances or plumbing in the unit, and it was clean. Places I recommend to go are The Diner, The Hangout, and LuLu's.

Everything was very nice but, the furniture is in very good shape but it DOES need a shampoo job. The first thing to be taken care of was the master bed. I had to fix the bed frame. The slates were so noisy that you could not breath without making noise. The floors were bad and it didn’t make a difference what part you were in your feet were just black. All in all it’s a nice place, just needs more care.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Phoenix West facility as a whole never disappoints. We’ve stayed in many condos in the OB/GS area and this is our favorite due to location and amenities. The unit itself was set up as described, adequately and sufficiently. Our only complaint was cleanliness. The floors were rather filthy. As soon as we walked in and took our shoes off, you could see our socks getting black - to the point they are now stained. And we have dogs at home so we can handle a little bit of dust and dirt but this was excessive. We tried to find the broom to clean the floor ourselves and it was broken in two near the brush and shoved in the closet that way. So we had to purchase our own to use for the week. We also clearly stated we had 8 people staying in the unit for a week and they only gave us a couple of washcloths for the group. While these are rather minor things, it’s things the cleaning agency should be on top of and be taking care of, especially when you pay as much as the rental rates are for these units. Other than that, our stay was exceptional as always.

All floors need to be cleaned!

Over all it just needs to be cleaned properly. Someone needs to check and remove what’s under the stove it’s got all kinds of stuff underneath there. I only look because something was spilled and In order to clean it up I remove the drawer from underneath the stove ..oh my!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location as far as the pool, lazy river, view, etc. The kids had a blast the entire week that we were there. The living room rug and club chairs could use a deep clean. Remotes in living room did not have working batteries. Had to take some from other remotes to watch tv. Could not get one of the living room lamps to come on. No broom in the unit. Only a mop and no bucket. Really needed a broom to clean up sand since we were there for 7 days. The dryer also took several cycles to dry a load of clothes. Master shower only had one working shower head. This unit could definitely use some TLC, especially for the price. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return to the Phoenix West.

Especially nice to have large bedrooms and four full bathrooms. 1208 is nicely decorated without being cluttered. The lazy river is perfect for families with children. We spent part of each day enjoying the beach and then the lazy river. The perfect end of our day was sitting around the lazy river while our grandchildren floated in tubes and played on the slide. Although our condo was great I would suggest housekeeping could be better. While looking for one of our toys we found another toy under a chair from a previous tenant. This was a chair that could easily be moved and swept under. The microwave light as well as the stove light needed to be replaced. All the before mentioned are easy fixes and should be checked before a new family arrives. Overall this condo is wonderful, our stay was wonderful and I would definitely consider staying here again. You cannot beat Phoenix West!

We originally had reservations at Phoenix West, but i received an email that the Lazy river would be closed. Needless to say we were not happy. Then, I received another email that said we could change to Phoenix West II. We were thrilled! It was only 2 tenths of a mile away and absolutely beautiful! Charlotte at Phoenix West was absolutely wonderful! We will be back again!
