Thank you for choosing my cabin. I totally understand you had difficulty time to get car out. The following is my opinion: 1. This is mountain , I am luck my cabin driveway difficult , but not as some others: slip make your legs shaking ( I had that experience) 2. My next door cabin no private parking, I could not image how his guest mood after they get the cabin have to parking far at public parking lot. I feel I have better situation . 3. All my past VRBO guest gave 5 start review . They had great time. If cabin is same as city, parking easy , nothing different from your home. You might not interested to booking my place for your vacation! Again I still appreciate your staying. It is my pleasure to host you.

Mostly updated water pipes frozen—- All smoking mountain very lower temperatures, lots of water pipe was frozen. Some house pipe explosions due to cold weather. All house flooding, my cabin is luck. Hopefully you understand the situation, as owners, we do best for our guest. Some things, it is out of our control. Best regards for you and your family. So sorry heard no Christmas tree. All my Christmas decorations in the storage shad(I bought lots of item), underneath the deck. I paid my cleaner to decorate Christmas decoration for me, I will check with them. Pipes frozen( we paid HOA fee covered water, I check with HOA, they responded me: wait). Sorry about that. Again since you check out will three time as normal. I checked with cleaner, they will send decoration pictures to me soon. If I could post here. Again thanking for your staying.

Thank you for your message. I have same question as you when I purchased day. No experience with kitchen in upstairs 🙂. But builder designed, not me. hard to change, even no dish washer! I spent more than $800 to bought not regular size dishwasher. Overall it is small cute cabin. For small family vacation great, except kitchen location. Yes, I do agree you.

Sorry for very late response. I had a few year rent for this cabin. Most of my guest like my cabin. It is standard cabin. Nothing special. I decorate as much as pretty I can, make my guest like it. And I get great nice feedback from my most guest. I replaced all of most item after I purchased. All you said I first time hear, never hear from other guest so far, for example , if you see cockroaches, you should tell me right away, not wait after you leave. And all you mentioned about cabin old, it is builder at 80s, not too older as you think so. Parking: this is mountain. These parking compare the parking spot what I rented years as visited. It is steep, really scary. If everything is same as your home, you are might not interested to come the mountain. Again thank you for staying my cabin. I do my best for guest have great staying.

I doubt checked all your complaints with my cleaner, make sure if I need to replace the item you mentioned: Fireplace would not turn on, even followed instructions to turn on but didn’t work for us to get it on. —- they said no problem. I will check again when I get there. beds were pretty uncomfortable,—I replaced with brand new 14” mattress queen bad and king bed last year Spring. I hope they could be using three years. But never know, depending on my guest. the jacuzzi tub couldn’t even use bc the plug was broken and wouldn’t push down to hold water,—-cleaner ready to replace small pieces. Function no problem. Hot tub always issue for most guest : setting. That is why I asked professional how to settle up, and wrote instruction sending with checkin. the grill did not work so we couldn’t use that. —I bought new one after cleaner reported to me. I did not get chance to replace it. Sorry about it. Will give 5% discount back to you because of this. The parking was a mess with the cabin next to us it’s not enough space to fit 2 big cars in there. —- if next door bother you, should let me know right away ( they used my cabin parking space or other issue?) since next door no private parking space. Some guest parking at my cabin parking space. Parking is tough in mountain. It is normal. Some parking is very deep and scary. It was a alright stay but not the best, it was clean but some things just did not work and that need to be fixed in there. Sorry you had bad experience during your stay. Again, I made lots of work at the cabin, replace lots of furniture, try to make my guest having great time. Improve anything I can according guest request . You 5%(base price) refund has been sent to you as I promised to you according to grill broken.
