Our villa is located Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico, 45 minutes to SJD Airport. The unit is a 2 Bedroom, 3 Baths and sleeps up to 8 people. Arriving June 2023, all new Villa furniture throughout. Both bedrooms have new smart tv's and sofa beds.

Located on Medano Beach, the primary swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas, Villa La Estancia is a full ownership condominium community, with all of the services of a five-star luxury resort, including 24 hour front desk services, a Concierge to arrange activities, make restaurant reservations, secure transportation, and take care of all of your needs while visiting the Los Cabos area.

The beautiful pool feature lovely fountains and a swim-up bar. Enjoy the five ocean view hot tubs, executive fitness center, and European spa, with in-Villa massage available. There is one private tennis court and 4 Pickleball courts. The poolside restaurant offers outstanding meals, Enjoy your drinks and snacks by the pool or on the beach. Just ask one of the friendly waiters! If you have a car, the underground parking garage is free.

La Casona is a fine dining gourmet restaurant that offers outstanding dinners featuring wonderful cuisine and relaxing music. Room service is also available. All water at the resort is conditioned with it's own purification system for your convenience and safety. Complimentary high-speed WiFi Internet access is provided in the via our own wireless router connected to the resort's LAN. Complimentary WiFi is offered in the pool and other general areas as well.

All Villa La Estancia paying guests have restaurant and bar privileges at Villa del Palmar and Villa Del Arco, five-star time-share resorts located next door. Villa del Palmar offers a wide range of recreational activities, two excellent restaurants, and a Kids in Paradise children's program. Villa Del Arco offers fine dining with superb ocean views. A mini-mall with supermarket, deli, and craft shops are located on-site to serve all the Villa resorts.

Our villa features two bedrooms, one with a king bed, (Plus a sleeper sofa) the other with two queen beds (Plus a sleeper sofa). There are three full bathrooms. The master bedroom has an electronic security box. The Master bath features a jetted tub, separate shower, dressing table, and double sinks. Both bedrooms have large closets, dressing areas, televisions, and telephones. There is a third bathroom, with shower, adjacent to the living and dining area. The large furnished terrace includes a wet bar and Weber bbq grill.

The main great room features a large living room, with a 55" smart TV, and dining room. Our full kitchen was recently upgraded with granite counter tops, all new appliances, large food pantry, and new washer/dryer combo. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and small appliances.

The main great room is updated with updated furniture and Travertine marble floors, 10 foot ceilings in all living areas and bedrooms, solid maple entry doors, zoned air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Our villa has an open plan feature; we never rent the second bedroom simultaneously to another party so as to insure balcony privacy.
