We use the villa each year for our own recreation in March and April and we blocked off these days in our calendar.

However, we are prepared to arrive later in March if a guest wants rent the entire rest of February and any number of additional days at the beginning of March.

The calendar shows availability from February 13, 2026 to February 28 only and it can be changed.

The rate will be discounted.

Please inquire before you attempt to book if you want to rent the balance of February and more days in March and we will adjust the calendar to make the booking possible.

The villa is a healthy, dust free environment with luxuries leather furniture, ceramic tiles through.  

It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, all on the main floor with easy access. The master bedroom has a new, king size bed and excellent view of the screened lanai and palms outside. The guest bedroom has twin beds.

It is a part of Village des Pins (VDP) Condominium Association, next to an upscale Palmer Ranch. Get a better feel for the beauty of the resort by searching the address in Google maps or searching the Village des Pins in Youtube.

The layout is welcoming to two couples with private bedrooms and full baths and common living room and large kitchen.

It is recently renovated to have tile floors installed throughout, including the walk-in closet and the lanai. This makes the villa free of any potential dust concerns and it is healthier, easier to clean and elegant to present. It is located on the perimeter of the resort with a very private view of the backyard and the edge of a golf course from the lanai.

The villa has a private garage and is fully equipped with all amenities ready for occupancy such as a new refrigerator and stove, cloth washer and dryer, vacuum cleaner, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking and serving utensils etc. and all bedding and towels.

The villa has an air-conditioning, a high speed internet connection, radio as well as digital cable box and TV. The large new high definition flat screen TV with all modern ports can be connected to various computing and media devices.  Two additional digital TV boxes, a second  TV set.

All villas in the resort have an open front garden and have access to a large heated swimming pool and spa, two tennis courts, picnic area with BBQ and a clubhouse with indoor and outdoor games, including a pool table.

Many visitors arrive exclusively to enjoy beautiful and reasonable golf courses in vicinity or to enjoy white sands of Siesta Key. Siesta Key beach is one of the most famous in the world. It was repeatedly voted as number 1 in America.

You can reach this beauty in just 7 minutes to drive.

One of the largest shopping malls in Florida, the Westfield Sarasota Square Mall, is about 15 minutes walk from the resort.
