This is a rural property surrounded by trees, fields, water, and wildlife. Guests may encounter insects, livestock, wildlife, pollen, leaves, natural odors, and changing weather conditions. These are normal country conditions and are outside our control. No refunds will be issued for these natural conditions.

The pool is located beneath mature trees. Although it is professionally serviced weekly and cleaned before each stay, leaves, pollen, twigs, and other natural debris may occasionally be present. No refunds will be issued for this condition.

A property manager or maintenance personnel may occasionally be on-site outdoors to service the pool, hot tub, or grounds.
