The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for whipping up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a fridge, among other utilities.

The bedroom features a double bed, lined with hotel-quality linens, to ensure a good night's rest.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The iconic Eiffel Tower and its Champs de Mars park lie in this genteel district. The area draws tourists to cultural landmarks that include the Musée d'Orsay and its Impressionist art collection, the Musée Rodin with its sculpture garden, and Les Invalides armory museum, home to Napoleon's Tomb. Foodies flock to the vibrant cafes, restaurants, and gourmet shops on Rue Cler and around the Le Bon Marché department store.

An excellent location for exploring Paris. The La Tour-Maubourg and École Militaire stations are only a 4-minute walk away, and the Pont de l'Alma station is only a 12-minute walk away. The Saint-Lazare and Gare du Nord stations are only 3 and 5 kilometers away, respectively.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
