Living Room #1 Upon walking into the home you can escape into the Boho vibes of Swanky Swango`s. Put your feet up and watch the Roku TV while you relax!
Kitchen Open concept kitchen with the living room. We have all the appliances you will need, including a Keurig with plenty of coffee, plus seating for four at the table.
Bathroom #1 Hallway bathroom that has a shower / tub combination
Bedroom #1 The master bedroom has plenty of storage, a king size bed, smart TV, and it`s own full bathroom.
Bathroom #2 Master bathroom is located off the master bedroom and has a shower / tub combination
Bedroom #3 Queen bedroom is also located upstairs and is decorated nicely. This bedroom also has a smart TV.
DOWNSTAIRS
Living Room #2 Plenty of seating in this super fun room. Listen to music on the record player, or watch a movie on the smart TV. There is also a dedicated workspace down here for when it`s time to be serious.
Bedroom #4 Here we have another queen bedroom with plenty of storage and a smart TV.
Bedroom #5 Great for the kids! Two bunk beds that have twin beds on top and full size beds on the bottoms.
Bathroom #3 Full size bathroom with shower / tub combination for everyone downstairs to share.
Laundry Room Free laundry with our washer and dryer, plus the detergent you need! We also have an iron and ironing board.
This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.
This home is fully remodeled with a comfortable and inviting Boho vibe. The Master Bedroom with King bed and attached full bathroom is located on the main floor along with a second bedroom with a Queen bed, a full hallway bathroom, open concept kitchen, and living area. To go downstairs there are two small flights of stairs which lead into a fun and colorful living area that includes a workspace and record player. Also downstairs is a full bathroom, a third bedroom with a Queen bed, a fourth bedroom with bunkbeds (two twin, two full), and a laundry room.

One of our favorite places! **MUST READ PRIOR TO BOOKING** Our properties are in quiet, Family-Oriented Neighborhoods. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy for Parties and Noise complaints. Unauthorized gatherings will result in your immediate removal from the premises without a refund. • We can make exceptions to our rules, but you must request your exception in writing and have written approval from us. • Primary Guest must sign a Rental Agreement and pool/hottub general liability waiver release (if applicable). • No smoking or vaping allowed (of any kind) inside the home. • Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 7am. • All check-outs are promptly at 11am. • Furniture may not be re-arranged. • No illegal substances allowed on the premises. • Air mattresses must be requested prior to arrival and will only be provided if guest count merits them. • Primary Guest must submit a photo of their ID (driver’s license, passport, state id), selfie, and must identify other guests by name during registration. This will require you to migrate from the platform. • At management`s discretion, private security may be required (we utilize Echler USA). Details will be provided prior to guest arrival if this service is required. • Total vehicle count and: make, model, and year may be required depending on property. Some properties have parking challenges and you will be prompted to provide vehicle information if the property you book is one of those properties. *If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the guest count provided by the primary host, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per night over the provided guest count. **Guests will be charged for all damages and will be responsible for paying the max daily rate of $999 per night if we must block any days or cancel reservations due to the house requiring maintenance or additional cleaning after your stay. *** Properties are located in an area where pests (including bugs, spiders, mice, etc.) naturally occur on occasion. If we receive notification of pests in writing, we will do our best to investigate and eliminate them as quickly as possible. The mere presence of pests is not grounds for a refund or reduction of agreed rental price. **** Further information may be requested if the primary residence is in a 50-mile radius of the rental location including but not limited to social media handle/username, extended background check, and more. ***** In cases where the Police are called, the Primary Guest will be charged $1,000 (at Management’s discretion). ******Additional $500 charge if we are called or neighbors complain of loud noises after 10pm and before 7am. ******* Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine (at Management’s discretion). ******** All check-outs are at 11am, additional fees of $50/hour if you are late to check-out. ********* From time to time, odors may be present upon arrival, please notify us and we will remedy this as soon as possible. **********If guests are dissatisfied with their stay for any reason, they will allow our team to evaluate the situation in person (visual inspection may be required) within 24 hours to determine if property is able to be repaired or if guests need to be relocated. If management determines a repair cannot be made within a reasonable time and the issue is significant enough to affect the guest’s stay, we will offer a comparable property for the remainder of the guest`s stay. If no comparable property is available and the situation cannot be remedied, we will issue the guest a refund for the remainder of their stay. ***********`Unauthorized mail or packages are not allowed. Please request approval for mail/packages or we will not be responsible for them.

Family weekend
We enjoyed 2 nights here, Reds Game and Kings Island-great location! The size of the house was amazing allowing everyone to have their space. The kids especially loved the bottom floor. I was disappointed the grass wasn’t mowed the day we arrived as the kids wanted to play outside but it was the second day and they played on the basketball goal in driveway. The neighbor was very nice as well.

Excellent Property and Experience!
This house was perfect for our group! My mom and I brought 4 teenagers to go to King's Island. The layout was perfect. We had the girls upstairs and the boys downstairs. The beds were very comfortable. We all slept well. Having a t.v. in every bedroom and in the living rooms both upstairs and downstairs was great! The kids watched their movie while my mom and I watched something else. The property manager was very responsive. When I said the ice maker wasn't working, a maintenance person came over and we learned there was no water hooked up to the ice maker! ; ) He went and bought us a large bag of ice for our stay. Everything about our stay was fantastic!

Fantastic With Minor Issues
We had 7 twenty-ish year olds stay for a week in this property. Getting in was a breeze, as well as check out. It treated us really well and gave us plenty of space for gaming with the two spacious living rooms with 65' TVs. The only real issues were with the bedrooms. Almost all the beds are Amazon frames and mattresses. They were slightly uncomfortable and the king sized bed broke... twice. The first time the slats under the mattress broke and they sent someone out to fix it. Due to an issue with the maintenance crew and not with the owner, this was done incorrectly and it broke again. This time breaking the frame. They were very communicative and quick in resolving this issue both times and mentioned replacing the rest of the beds at a later date. I would highly suggest this property for the costumer service alone.
