The private, furnished balcony is the perfect place to sip your morning coffee while planning the day's activities. The outdoor shower on-site will rinse away the sand after a full day at the beach, and you can use the free WiFi to download a terrific playlist to your device before heading down to enjoy the shared pool, hot tub, and community fitness center.

Here on the grounds of the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort, you'll find walking paths and a free tram, both of which lead to the beach, plus indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room, sauna and steam room, two restaurants, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. Hike the blissfully quiet nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park to the immediate east, or check out the shops and restaurants at Baytowne Wharf, two miles north. You'll also be within seven miles of Destin Commons, an open-air mall with lots of shop and restaurants.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
