Hi Nicole, We're so glad you enjoyed your week at Tipsy Turtle and the Barrier Dunes complex! We understand bed comfort is subjective to individual preferences but we're really sorry you guys weren't comfortable for your stay. We did take a look at the pillows when you left and have added some new ones for variety since then. We want all of our guests to be as comfortable as possible on vacation so thank you for letting us know that. It sounds like you all had a good time otherwise and we hope you made lots of memories together. Please let us know if we can help with any future travel to our little piece of paradise! All the best, Ros & Carolyn

Thank you, guys! We appreciated your patience with it and were so glad we got it resolved quickly for you! You guys were the epitome of great guests and we'd love to have you back, anytime. Thanks, and have an ez day! Ros & Carolyn

Hi Stafford, We understand from all of your emails that it was your first visit to the Cape and that maybe the old Florida feel isn't for everyone. Barrier Dunes has two pools, a playground and pickle ball/ tennis courts right outside Tipsy Turtles front door with obviously the beach out the back door. We're so glad you enjoyed that. We assume you said we needed a deep clean because of the palmetto bug you sent us a picture of. Unfortunately, they are part of life down and we were happy to have the HOA bug man out to help with that first thing that morning and will apologize again as we do our best not to have any of our guests bothered by critters during their stay. Thanks for trying our little piece of paradise! We wish you all the best in your future travels and hope you find yours soon too. Thanks, and have an easy day! Ros & Carolyn

Thank you, Beth. We really appreciate you taking the time to write us a review and were delighted you really enjoyed your week in Tipsy Turtle. Our owners like to leave little touches to show their appreciation for our guests too so we're glad you liked it! Please just let us know when you'd like to return and we'll get you taken care of. All the best, Ros & Carolyn

Thank you, Kim! We're delighted you love Tipsy Turtle as much as we do! Please do come back and see us again soon. We'll continue to try to make it ez! All the best, Ros & Carolyn
