Sleep peacefully in the featured Sealy Posturepedic hybrid split king-sized bed with adjustable head and feet, sound machine, and light blocking curtains! Both night stands have wireless phone and watch chargers. Relax in Zero G as you binge the latest shows w/ Roku on the wall-mounted TV! Bed linens, sheets, pillows, blankets, and throws are provided.

Our 60 inch Samsung UHD TV is paired with a Sonos Ray soundbar w/ a Roku for easy streaming while you comfortably relax on the 3 person couch with power reclining seat and power chaise! We also provide an additional power recliner, both with adjustable head rests!

Both bathrooms feature a bidet, and the main bathroom has an adjustable showerhead with detachable shower wand for the sand in those hard to reach places. We provide large bath sheets (twice the size of your normal towel), and you're welcome to use any of the available personal care items left out, including sun screen or feminine care items. Our brand new stackable washer and dryer features a center control console and you can hang your clothes on the laundry rack that folds down from the wall. Feel free to use available laundry pods, scent beads, and dryer sheets! Soap and toilet paper are also provided.

The kitchen features a new dishwasher w/ bottle washers and the sink area has a glass rinser for added convenience. You're welcome to use any available paper towels, detergent, dishwasher pods, scrubs, and sponges you may need. Any condiments, seasonings, or pantry items available are yours to use as well. Additional kitchen appliances include a: 4-slice toaster, hot water kettle, air fryer, Instant Pot, sous vide, and Ninja blender. Plates, cups, flatware, knives, cutting boards, strainers, bowls, pots, pans, cooking utensils are just some of the things provided for your culinary convenience! Grilling supplies are above the fridge. Cleaning products are provided under the sink.

A traditional 8 cup coffee maker with insulated pot is provided along with burr grinder. Guests may use whole bean coffee and Torani syrups if available.

Two beach chairs, towels (Turkish cotton), and insulated tumblers are provided for your convenience!

Board games and a Nintendo Switch dock w/ 2 pro controllers are also available for use. There is also a Nest Hub to display current weather or anything else you wish to use it for. A USB hub is on the credenza for convenient charging with wireless charging pads throughout the unit.

Also provided for your convenience is Dyson cordless stick vacuum and a Neato smart vacuum that can sweep the entire unit and a tablet to control the Sonos sound bar, Hue smart lights, and Nest doorbell camera, and Nest smart thermostat (also manually accessible).

An additional guests may use the provided Beauty Rest queen-sized memory foam air mattress which can be set up in the living room. We currently do not have light blocking curtains in the living room, so guests may wish to bring an eye mask unless you are an early riser that enjoys being greeted by natural sunlight.

There are TWO interior Nest cameras that you should unplug upon arrival, BOTH are in the kitchen. They do NOT record sound. We only ask that you plug them back in at check-out. There is also a hardwired doorbell camera that overlooks the front walk and parking lot area. The condo is also protected by a Nest smoke & CO alarm. The front door has a Lockly smart lock with a key pad, and we will program your access code prior to check in. It can also be unlocked remotely.
