The space:

*Starter supply of, toiletries, trash bag, paper towel, toilet tissue is provided.

*Freshly laundered linen provided, blow dryer, ironing board, iron, extra blankets, clothes drying rack, all in one programmable coffee maker, blender, electric tea kettle, clothes hangers, vacuum, beach chairs, small cooler, ice packs, and beach towels.

*No key card to carry with you. Digital keypad is used to enter the unit.

*Pool bands and parking passes provided inside unit.

Guest access:
NO checking in or out at front desk.

No golf carts, bicycles, mopeds, trailers, RV's, boats allowed in parking decks.
Motorcycles are welcomed but need to park across the street in the overflow parking garage.
Vehicles over 6'5"' will not fit in the main parking garage.
You may use the overflow parking decks right across the street that are a bit higher, or pay for street parking on either side of the resort.

~No daily housekeeping.
Please do not ask the resort for more toiletries, linen or anything else. They will not accommodate you.

Coupons are in the guide book also.
You will have access to all pools, hot tubs, fitness center, game room, gift shop, and restaurant/bars.

~No cleaning chemicals are inside the unit, only dish soap.

~Check in time is at 4pm.
Early arrival may be accommodated for an extra fee.

~Check out time is 10am.
No late departures.
If you feel the need for a later check out time, you must contact me here on the VRBO platform at least 24 hours in advance before your departure, for approval.
Late departure fee is 2X the nightly rate after 10:00 am.
