Paradise awaits at this Patricia Grand condo! Boasting ocean views and two private balconies, this one-bedroom is the perfect home base for exploring the Grand Strand. The bright, updated interior features a newly renovated kitchen, new furniture and decor, and a living area with a smart TV, sofa bed, and a Murphy bed. Modern essentials include a split air-conditioning unit and free WiFi.

This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Very clean and absolutely big enough for a family. We only had (4) people and it was perfect!! We had an amazing time!! And having a nice, clean place to stay made our trip even better! Great room, plenty of space for our little family. Views were great, had a good view of the beach and a good view of the city from the room balcony. Room had all we needed. It was a nice little weekend trip!

This is a wonderful condo. Lots of room, beautiful views and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, loved Indigo Coastal Kitchen and the indoor hot tubs and pool. Cannot wait to go back!

Myrtle get away

This is a beautiful Beachfront property. A bit smaller than we expected, but it worked. 19 kids were fascinated by the Murphy bed. Lol. The views are AMAZING! Walking Distance too many stores and restaurants. You will definitely be back.

Condition and expectation of the room and overall resort was not as Advertised/pictured for what I paid for a one night stay. No extra blankets and clean linens for the pull out beds. The linens were soiled, very dirty and stained sheets. Since I hosted, I was deeply embarrassed for booking a room in this condition. The staff at the front desk however, weā€™re helpful and kind. I appreciate they allow pets and the beach access was great. But we will unfortunately not be coming back to this resort.

We vacuumed and mopped because it was filthy, donā€™t move the couches, they havenā€™t been moved or cleaned, there was a moldy pizza left in the stove! It smelled bad upon arrival until we got that pizza out. Dirty sheets, smelled sour, dirty blanket, possibly Pudding I hope. The bathtub needed a good scrub. The toilet, I scrubbed, because it had fur on it. For $1700 for 5 days we felt like we were on other peoples filth. Food stuck to the pots under the sink, I left it: I tried to clean better then it was, but honestly it was my vacation and this room was dirty!

After the first day we realized our socks anf d feet were black...black. I used the mop in the closet to wet mop the floor and then dry with one of the towels. The towel was black even after all this. It made me wonder how clean the rest of the room was. Also I went to reheat pizza in the oven and as it preheated it smoked and stank so much that I had to stop. At the price I was paying...by the way it was advertised as oceanfront and was only oceanview...It was way overpriced. I wrote that I deserved a discount refund and was told I would be contacted but so far nothing!

Terrible. Old pepperoni found in the oven. Dust so thick on the vanity trim I was able to draw lines in it. When I filled the tub for a bath, water lraked from in the wall, in yo the hall. In turn, small roaches came oit of the wall. Called the number provide but went to a rep not at the property. Went to the front desk. Provided pics of the oven, vanity and dead roaches my husband killed along with a video of one walking. They adm8tted they had to treat the unit 2 weeks ago. Requested credit. We paid over $500 for Thanksgiving weekend. They credited us $65, the cleaning fee. Not enough. Now I have to worry about taking roaches home.

Fantastic Vacation

Time spent with my family!! This place is my go to spot. We didn't ask for much, but what we did ask for was addressed immediately! Our accommodations couldn't have been better. This room was spacious and beautifully decorated, beach vibes inside and out. The views from the 2 balconies were both fabulous! Loved the atmosphere and very clean! Definitely recommend staying here and will be back to visit again!
