Restricted breeds include Pit Bulls, Staffordshire Terriers, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios, Chow, Mastiffs, Doberman Pinschers, Akita, Wolf hybrids, Cane Corso, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Huskies, American Bulldogs, Mini Bullies, and Belgian Malinois. This includes mixes of these breeds as well.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

I booked the first floor thinking we could go outside from room but it was a closed balcony. The balcony was almost too hot to sit outside with air conditioning giving off heat and being lower didn’t let any breeze in and obstructed most of ocean view. The room was close to building exit which was nice. It was still a good value for the price.

The room was simple, clean and enjoyable cause I could see the ocean. Was not able to walk on beach due to a back and neck issue but didn’t stop me from enjoying my stay. Could see from the room or outside. Perfect for my husband yorkie and me. Vacasa was willing to be right there to talk and answer questions.

On the ground floor next to hot tub and pool and fitness center. Clean. Full sized kitchen. Exactly like pictured. Oceanfront access to beach. Since it's on ground floor a better view of beach would probably in higher up units floors. Even a doggie spa here. Pretty awesome I must say. We will be back.

We spent few days at the property. Hotel Location was good, first floor room had very limited ocean view. Floor and beds were clean and organised. Kitchen appliances could be updated (coffee maker’s heating element was rusty). Bath tub curtain had some hair on. Bathroom towel rack were barely secured on the wall. You could see poor patching work done on the walls in the bathroom. Bathroom countertop had like an inch gap between the wall. Bathroom needed some updates like yesterday. A/C worked great, cute balcony facing hot tub was good. Okay stay for money you pay but could use some better cleaning.

Stay away

Checked in and went to room, cockroaches were running everywhere, call front desk and they sent a man to spray right away. They actually knew of problem. After spraying 3 times in 2 days we got rid of them, we know it is a problem down south but do you think they would have a spray routine. Owner called and said they were in communication with front office but we chose the place. It is livable but I would stay somewhere else and really check a place out, I recommend staying somewhere else

The good, the bad and the ugly

Oceanfront was wonderful. Cleanliness was not bad for a pet friend hotel. It was a little beat up, but the grounds were maintained well. Couldn’t beat the full kitchen. Patio sitting puts you right in the face of people using the hot tub. We made the mistake of going over Memorial Day weekend which happened to be Black Bike Week. All the roads were blocked off to discourage cruising. Getting to the main road was a nightmare and it made the traffic horrendous. It was very aggravating and kept us prisoner in the hotel. AVOID MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!

Nice place but

Summer rates are too high or we would have booked another week. Fees and taxes are ridiculously expensive. Total bill amounted to twice the amount of the room cost alone.
