Every bedroom and living area is equipped with a 55" TV with cable. The property is fully fenced and has an extra large driveway to park your vehicles, boat and toys. Downstairs has a large entertaining area with BBQ pit.

NOTE: Renters must be 25 years of age or older and remain on property during rental period. No prom or graduation parties or large gatherings. Quiet time is from 10PM-8AM (no loud music). No pets and smoking permitted downstairs only. Community pool is open from Memorial Day-Labor Day with a weekly rate of $100 paid to HOA. Should you wish to access community pool, please notify me one week prior to arrival to arrange.
