Beautiful villa in the heart of Noirmoutier

Our home is set in a peaceful location at the end of a private cul-de-sac. It faces due south, is not overlooked, and sits on a fully enclosed 750 sqm walled garden.

The house is thoughtfully designed with two distinct areas:

A single-level living area featuring a spacious 40 sqm living room with fireplace, a 50 sqm terrace, a large 23 sqm kitchen, and a cozy TV lounge
A separate sleeping area at the rear, including an upper floor with 4 bedrooms (each configurable as either twin beds or a 160 cm double bed), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, and an outdoor shower

A home designed to be together… without getting in each other’s way : Our house is first and foremost a living space designed for sharing moments… while preserving everyone’s comfort and privacy. This is exactly how we imagined it with our architect, and how we enjoy it ourselves.

What makes it particularly pleasant is its layout with two clearly separated areas: A bright and open living space dedicated to social moments. A more secluded sleeping area, ensuring peace and quiet. This configuration is ideal for families or groups of friends: some can extend the evening while others rest undisturbed.

A house open to the outdoors : The garden wraps around the entire house, which truly enhances daily life. Children can play freely, run and explore, while adults enjoy a peaceful moment, a meal, or a drink without being disturbed. Everyone naturally finds their own space, between lively areas and quieter corners.

The house offers a soft and welcoming atmosphere inspired by the island: natural materials, abundant light, and a unique decoration featuring paintings by the owner.

It is a lively, comfortable, and warm home all year round, with its own character and authenticity — far from standardized rentals. You will quickly feel at home, whether reading quietly, cooking local produce, or simply enjoying the island’s atmosphere.

Walking to get fresh bread and croissants in the morning

Alternating between beaches, bike rides, and relaxation
Letting children play outside freely
