This remodeled first-floor condo is within walking distance of the shared grilling area, pool, and hot tub. The large open living area offers a couch that turns into a sofa sleeper, perfect for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted TV. The adjacent dining table provides seating for six to enjoy meals or games. Try out your culinary skills in the galley-style kitchen with spacious granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, a stand mixer, dishes, basic pots, pans, and utensils. Sip your morning coffee on the patio while sitting in the Bay breeze. The guest bedroom (BR1) contains a King-size bed, nightstand, dresser, and wall-mounted TV. The hallway guest bath is made up of a tub/shower with a glass door enclosure. At the end of the hall sits the master bedroom (BR2) consisting of a King-size bed, nightstands, a dresser, and a wall-mounted TV. The ensuite bath holds a tiled shower with a glass door. For your convenience, there is a full-size washer and dryer tucked neatly in a closet in the hallway for use during your stay. Enjoy the close walking proximity to the Marina to watch the dolphins. Shops, restaurants, and nightlife are only 0.5 miles away and it is a short 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
