The condo was cozy, updated, and comfortable for our group of three. The beds were comfortable, and the space was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend it for couples, friends, or a small family. It was also conveniently located between Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, making it a great home base for exploring the area!

The view of the river from the balcony was very nice, the property was a bit smaller than we originally thought but we weren’t there very much so it provided a nice spot for us to rest in the evenings.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Located right on the river and with a nice deck for outside dining, we spent most of our time outside. The living area was smaller than expected but worked out fine for two people. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Easy access to RMNP and Estes Park. Literally right on the creek with a nice deck/patio. Beds were very comfortable and peaceful location for relaxing when we weren't out exploring.

Didn't want to leave!

Our stay was absolutely breathtaking. Being able to sit outside and enjoy Fall River right in our "backyard" was definitely a highlight of our stay. The condo was super CLEAN, checkin was a breeze, and communication leading up to our visit was prompt & polite. We cannot wait to visit again!

Nice comfortable property
