4 Canvasback is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sea Pines home located on the beach path, just a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean on Hilton Head Island! Located just inside the ocean gate of Sea Pines, this home offers two living areas, multiple decks with plenty of seating for outdoor dining, an open-concept floor plan and a private pool.

The main living area of the home is located on the second level, with wood flooring, a stylish and comfortably furnished living area with a smart flat-screen TV, wet bar and a dining table that seats 8. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** An additional 4 barstools can be found at the kitchen bar. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters and plenty of space to cook meals for your guests.

There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV and access to a balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The private en-suite features an oversized dual vanity, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The lower level of the home has a second living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa and a smart flat-screen TV. The pool area can be accessed through sliding doors on one side and access to the beach path on the other. The 3rd guest bedroom has full-size beds a smart flat-screen TV and shared access to the 3rd bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
