Sit down and relax after spending a day exploring Naples, fishing at the Pier or laying at the beach. Charming 2 bedroom 1 bathroom beach home located on second floor. Both bedrooms are furnished with 2 beds- queen size bed and a twin size. Bathroom with towels and essentials. Also you will save money with the convenience of making your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We offer WIFI and Roku Smart TV.
Perfect place for a mini romantic getaway, family trip, friends getaway or a vacation by yourself. 5 grocery store options within 1-2 miles. Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Super Walmart, and 2 Publix. Very near the house ( less than 2 miles) are Mercato Shops providing plenty of bars, restaurants, shopping, movies and much much more! The neighborhood itself is very safe, friendly and welcoming. It is a pet friendly neighborhood so you will see pet walkers on any given day. Beach wagon and chairs available for you to use.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
We professionally clean the rental before your arrival! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
- Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
- Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls.

Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Lovely place for a beach getaway

Our family of 4 had a very comfortable low-key stay here over the weekend. Everything was clean and neat; the full kitchen was great; board games helped to pass free time; beach towels were a nice bonus and the bikes got us to and from the beach in no time! Thanks

Property and amenities were very basic . Place is old, but clean.

Place was not fancy and very basic but fulfilled its task. Won’t leave you a memory to cherish, but functional. Bit far from the beach and had to do the car drop off and bike back to meet family as it’s about a 1/2 mile away. Furniture is definitely basic and could tell it’s a straight income producing property. Owners were very responsive to questions and an AC issue during the stay.

The beach is only half a mile away and it is a nice walk or you can ride bikes. AC was addressed instantly and fixed and did not interfere with the guest stay. We do our 100% to make sure you have a fantastic stay and enjoy your time in Naples.

Simple but tidy and comfortable

This little rental is one of 3 on the property. There are some steep stairs if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floor. We stayed on the second floor. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked sufficiently to prep our own meals. We could easily walk to the beach access (maybe 1/4 mile?) we had access to a fenced yard and there was on-site parking. For this price point I think this rental shows a lot of effort to create a comfortable space on a budget. I would stay here again if I needed a cost effective option. The owner communicated with checkin information in a timely manner although there was no check out follow-up nor a binder of information that many rentals have.- a solid contender if you are looking for a tidy, cost effective stay at the beach

Summer Vacation

Overall, the House was in a poor State. Hairdryer was missing, Beachchairs all defect and rusty, Bikes had flat tires, Lamps were defective at arrival. Lamps on the Balcony all not working except one. Cooking Pans old and dirty. Grill unusable. I would not book it again.

Our rental is well maintained and this is a surprising review since this guest asked us to stay longer and extend their stay because they enjoyed our rental. Missing a hair dryer does not mean that the rental is in a poor state. I offered to buy one for the guest asap! Salt water and being near the ocean can rust the beach chairs, not a big deal, they still work perfectly. The bikes are maintained regularly, if the guest has a flat tire, they should've communicated that to the host and we would've fixed it right away for them. The guest did NOT communicate any concerns to us, otherwise everything would've been handled and addressed immediately. Proper communication is key and we always make sure our guests are happy with their stay.

Perfect for what we needed

We enjoyed our stay at this property and it had all the basics. Pros: The beds were comfortable Clean and nicely decorated Stocked kitchen Some beer, eggs and butter in the kitchen Towels and beach supplies provided Balcony with four chairs was nice Powerful AC Good closet space with hangers provided Bright with lots of windows Ceiling fans in bedrooms Cons: Needs some maintenance, light out in the kitchen Flimsy sliding door that only locks with a pin Unstable bench with the dining table Rugs had no traction, creating a slip hazard Overall, I’d stay here again with family for a similarly short time, 2-3 days, but would go elsewhere for a longer stay.

I'd say the property is very accurately listed. I knew we were on the 2nd floor and would hear people above us and the people below us would hear us. Not that anyone was loud, it was just very evident when anyone moved around. I would say the front bedroom is very light at night making it hard to sleep with the balcony being lit up. Suggest the owner invest in some better blinds to help with the problem. Location is good.

It's all about the location

We found the house to be in a great location close to many beaches & parks (Loved using the bikes on the property to ride to these locations). We did however did not know at the time when we booked the house, it was converted into three units. Unfortunately we were on the second floor and there were people on the third floor while we stayed here (They were early risers and then the people that came afterwards liked to party after midnight). Needless to say, we did not get a goodnight sleep while staying here. A few things we loved about this house: definitely the location, very clean, and the beach equipment & bikes were awesome to have accessibility too. Mireille (Owner) was very good about responding when we had any questions or concerns. The things that need attention are: ceiling fans in both bedrooms make loud noises while on, fence in backyard was missing a section & there is small hole in bathroom wall behind the door above the baseboard. Overall our stay was good but due to the noise level by other people, this place was not a good fit for our family.

Perfect Quick Get-Away

To escape the doldrums of our home, after this Pandemic year, a quick visit to Naples, FL was the perfect vacation idea. All properties that were beach-front in the Naples, Marco Island, Sanibel areas were either booked or were ridiculously priced. This property was less than a mile from the beautiful Delnor Wiggins State Park Beach - very convenient. The property itself was fine for our family of three - two moderate sized bedrooms and one bathroom. Parking is tight, but we were warned ahead of time, and it worked out fine. The unit was clean, the owner was great to work with, and check-in was easy. We always felt safe, and had everything we needed.
