OCEAN TERRACE
Our townhouse is one of seven in a QUIET, single building property in what many locals call the best area of Myrtle Beach. 76th Avenue ends at the Atlantic just beyond our building. The sand is wide and inviting for your perfect beach vacation. All luxuries and necessities are walking distance or a very short drive away.

You will enjoy not having to wait on an elevator and having dedicated parking spaces. The parking space directly in front of the door is really handy for loading and unloading. No circling a parking deck or parking lot waiting on a space!

Guests choose Ocean Terrace because of the spacious, well-built quality of the unit and its location in the most sought-after section of Myrtle beach. Upstairs bedrooms with split floorplan for privacy. Master bedroom has a new king bed and the second bedroom hosts a new queen bed. Both have pillow-top mattresses. Sleeper sofa on the first floor. The master bedroom also has a nice chair that folds out to become a single bed which is really nice for a child. A large and private back deck can host your morning coffee, afternoon sunning session, dinner at dusk, or a moonlight evening . The unit offers a large, full kitchen with dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer on the second floor.

BEACH
Regularly listed among the world's top beaches, ours is ideal for sunning, swimming, surfing, fishing, exercising, watching dolphins, turtles (if you're really lucky), sea birds, boats, sunrises, sunsets, and people.

RESTAURANTS
Many of the region's best local and popular chain restaurants are within six blocks. Many others are a couple of minutes or less by car. A health food store, local and national chain coffee and ice cream shops are all a short walking distance away,

ENTERTAINMENT
5 minutes or about a mile to The Dunes! Other nearby entertainment features the Comedy Cabana, Pirates Voyage, Alabama Theater, Carolina Opry, Riddles Escape Room, House of Blues, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Helicopter Rides, Water Parks, Family Kingdom Amusement Park, numerous miniature golf courses, all of which can be found within a ten minute drive. Also, it almost goes without saying that Myrtle Beach is "The Golf Capital of the World."

The host was absolutely amazing!! Excellent communication. The place was perfect! Great location and walking distance to Starbucks and the beach (5min), Dunkin (10 min walk). It was also very clean. The only thing I would suggest is adding extra foam to the couch because it is a couch bed it sinks in a little but to be honest we hardly sat down so it wasn’t a concern Beds and linens were good. A lot of extra blankets and curb to door parking was a blessing. Great place!

I highly recommend this large townhouse for anyone vacationing in Myrtle beach. It's a quick and easy walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. There's also an ice cream/pizza place, Starbucks and burger place within walking distance. For food shopping, Food Lion is only a 3 minute drive. The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels provided were a great perk.

Excellent vibes

This wonderful place was a block from the beach. We walked there everyday. We spent time on the patio and grilled steak and chicken a couple nights. There was plenty of room and beds were very comfortable. All the appliances and dishes we needed. The owners were very accommodating and were just a text away if we had any questions. A tucked away slice of heaven

Honestly, one of the best places I’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach the neighborhood is great quiet the beach is right there in walking distance. The house itself is gorgeous a little tight for storage space but other than that that were comfortable the rooms were large the back deck is really nice and I like that had that high walls ..Just was incredible .. would love to stay again

Perfect Condo by beach

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5. It was a short walk to the beach and the roll away bed was perfect for our youngest so we didn’t have to utilize the sleeper sofa. It was our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach and we really enjoyed it. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! The owner of the condo was accessible should we have needed anything at all and went above and beyond any vrbo host that we’ve ever had in the past! Just a note…The life guards don’t allow canopies on the beach before Labor Day, all umbrellas in a line and no tubes in the ocean, just a heads up bc we had no idea.

Great place

We had a great time staying at the townhouse.it was perfect for our family of four. The location was really good. It was nearby everything, but wasn’t as crowded as the south was. We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Ripken Experience and it was a short 15 minute drive to the park. I would definitely stay here again if we comeback to Myrtle Beach, and would highly recommend it to anyone. Betty was great as a host. Her communication through our stay was second to none.

We are nearing retirement and have always wanted our own place at the beach. Although we live in North Carolina, we have spent many vacations at Myrtle Beach. Golfing opportunities at Myrtle Beach are definitely an attraction.

By far, this is our favorite area in Myrtle Beach. The entire community is clean and well-maintained, as compared to other areas in Myrtle Beach. We feel safe and just a bit removed from the huge crowds, noise, and traffic jams. We wanted a townhouse that was not too large to maintain, yet would accommodate our children and grandchildren.

Although our building is not oceanfront, we are located just steps away from the beach. 76th Avenue ends at the beach and the view driving in towards the property is magnificent.
