Situated in the heart of the city, this apartment is just a short walk from top attractions like the Château de Peixotto and the Béchade Garden.

The accommodation comprises; The living room, which has a comfortable lounge area that can be used as a bedroom thanks to the sofa bed. It also includes a fully equipped modern kitchen with essential cookware and cutleries, that you’ll need to whip up a delicious meal including a hob and a refrigerator.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds. All the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for a good night's sleep.

The modern bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need to freshen up. There's also a washing machine available should you need it. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

You will be located in Talence, a few minutes' walk from local shops. You will also be 15 minutes by bus from the centre of Bordeaux where you can stroll through charming cobbled streets full of surprises with many terraces, restaurants and other small artisans and traders.

The property is close to the "Gare de Mérignac Arlac" and "Bordeaux Saint-Jean", making it the perfect place to stay for exploring the area.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).%r%n%r%nThere is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.
