Me and my kids had a great time during the stay. The host was very nice very easy to reach out, respond messages fast, and communicates smooth. The vacation home view is great and the location is so convenient to Walmart, target, pier park etc. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately this condo could use some updating. Old furniture, poor reception on tv & and nasty smell. Also the balcony was almost unusable due to pigeons that stay there leaving their droppings all over the area. Checking in & out was very easy though.

Sorry to hear this. When I texted to see how things were for you, I wish you had told me. We had over 2 weeks between the last guest and you checking in, and the AC is set lower when no one is using the condo, so that was probably why the air was not as fresh until you turn up the AC. The cable TV provider is used by the entire building, so if there is poor reception, we probably just need to reset the TV and channels. We have a bird repelling sonar device, fake owl, and glittery objects to prevent birds, but it seems nature has its own way sometimes. We will look into cleaning the balcony with stronger smells that hopefully will prevent them from coming back. I’m sorry you weren’t able to enjoy the balcony because of the birds but hope you were able to enjoy the views. Thanks for your feedback.

Great condo! So clean and just as described. We stayed here so our teens would have easy access to pier park and they were able to walk over to shopping in about 5-10 min using a sidewalk, which they loved. Only surprise we had was that the code to get in and out of the gates changes on Saturdays (according to another guest) and we weren’t aware of that. Also, the gym was closed for remodel so had to pay for a local place for a few days. Other than that great experience. Host was lovely and communicative. I’d totally stay here again

So glad your teens enjoyed it! The code to get in and out of the gates do not change every Saturday as another guest suggested. Codes are generated by building maintenance for owners to give our guests to stagger across multiple weeks throughout the year and we choose a code to give guests based on the days of their stay. The gym is getting a new upgrade with new equipment, flooring, etc, so it will be great when done. We hope to see you again soon.

everything was expected was above and beyond. The only problem was that the property had one elevator under Maintenance at the time we were there. They host was nothing but amazing. Got everything they could do to make sure that we were comfortable in our request we met.

Unfortunately two of the three elevators in the building were down due to unexpected maintenance and while waiting for parts. They are now all fully functional, but I'm sure the wait was an issue during your stay especially during the busy summer season. I'm so sorry about this but unfortunately our building association handles the elevators and safety always comes first. Hope the rest of your summer is wonderful. Please take care.

We had a nice stay. If I could change anything, it would be the mattress and the coffee maker. The mattress was very uncomfortable and hard. And a good coffee maker goes a long way … especially after trying to sleep on a hard mattress.

Thank you for providing feedback. We are so glad you had a nice stay. Previous guests had told us the mattress was too soft before, so we got a firmer one and bought a foam topper that is stored in the seat chest by the window for people who wanted extra softness to put on the bed if they wanted instead. Sorry you didn’t realize the foam mattress topper was in the seat chest, wish I had known earlier so I could let you know. We will look into another coffee maker, but this one makes a larger pot for more guests and has been pretty reliable for our guests.
