You're going to love your stay in this newly-remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom condo in East Vail's Timber Falls. The property includes the use of a six-person Ski Locker in Vail Village, so you won't have to worry about walking around in ski boots or carrying equipment. It has 1,250-square-feet of living space, is only four-and-a-half miles from Vail Village, and accommodates up to eight guests. There is a king-size bed in the main bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen-over-queen bunk bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed. This condo is fully furnished with lovely leather couches, a dining table with seating for eight, a large flatscreen TV in the living room, and smaller TVs in each bedroom. There is a shuttle stop in the complex that will take you back and forth to the Village until 2 am, and the bus runs every 15 minutes during ski season and every hour in the summer. Plus, the condo has access to the complex's summer pool and tennis courts. Kick back in splendor and convenience with this mountain home as your vacation centerpiece.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
