Large home near Lackland base, mins to SeaWorld, easy access to major freeways

Our home is in a community that is only a mile from the Lackland BMT gate. It is so close to the base that back patio overlooks the Lackland Training Annex. It is a large 2900+ sqft 5 bedroom home with 2 1/2 baths that can accommodate up to 14 people. We prepared and furnished this house with the goal of providing a great place for our BMT graduates to relax, reunite and spend quality time with their families. This house is a much better alternative as a home than hotel suites provide.

Welcome to our home! We prepared and furnished this house with the goal of providing an enjoyable place for our Air Force and Space Force Basic Military Training graduates to relax, reunite and spend some quality time with their families. We believe this house will fill in for the shortage in on-base lodging facilities and will provide a better alternative as a home than hotel suites provide. The house is situated in a safe community mostly owned by active duty military, retirees, and those working on-base. Our home has a high speed internet. Roku TV streams is available in the living room, loft, and in each bedroom. We strive to make items you may need available. We have office items, small kitchen appliances, shower chair, and baby items that we can bring out if you have a need for them. Please note that we will not be bringing out these items unless you specifically ask for them prior to your arrival.

The entire house and yard is for exclusive use of your group. The garage, the walk-in closet in the master bedroom, the 2nd floor storage and the air conditioner space will not be accessible to your group. Sufficient parking is available on the driveway and street parking.

The house is situated between the Lackland BMT area and the Lackland Training Annex. The house is conveniently located close to I-410 and I-90. It is also close to restaurants and shopping centers. Distances to popular parks are as follows:
Seaworld - 17 mins, 9.8 miles
Six Flags - 21 mins, 20 miles
Riverwalk - 21 mins, 18 miles

We welcome visiting contractors and workers. We offer discounts for monthly, biweekly and weekly stays. For security, the house is equipped with security alarm. It also has a front door video doorbell. Security cameras are mounted around the perimeter of the house (all of which are pointed away from the house). No camera / recording device is installed inside the house. We strictly enforce the maximum number of guests count (14 including kids) and charge penalties for exceeding the number.
