Our 4 bedroom and 3 bath home with a private pool is a great place to spend your next Central Florida vacation. The home has been updated recently with fresh paint and flooring.

The Hamlet Villa is a single story home that offers a spacious and open floor plan for a relaxing Florida vacation. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances and cooking utensils, which will allow you to have a few meals in to save money. The dining room table has seating for 6 and the breakfast nook has seating for 4, plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has a sofa and recliner with a flat panel TV. ​​​​​​​Internet Speed 1Gbps

The bedrooms are nicely appointed and spaced out so your family will be able to relax and have privacy during your stay. The master suite has a queen bed and attached master bathroom that features a stand up shower, garden tub and dual sink vanity. The second master suite has a queen bed and ensuite bath with a stand up shower and single sink vanity. This bathroom has pool access. The 2 master suites have tvs with cable connected. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a twin bunk bed.

Outside you will find your private pool that is screened in for your comfort. There is outdoor dining with seating for 4 and 3 sun loungers. This home offers garage parking for two cars and driveway parking for an additional 2 cars.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
