Seasonal offerings include beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Grab complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy in your unit. SunDestin Beach Resort houses more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, making it ideal for your large gatherings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 1407 is a breezy one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. You’ll welcome the inviting feel of this home away from home, bathed in ocean blues and complemented by beachy decor. All can enjoy the expansive views and engage easily with others in this open-concept unit. The kitchen is loaded with everything needed to prepare meals and tasty treats for the beach. Catch up with one another or catch a game in the cozy living room with flat-screen TV. Enjoy a board game or puzzle at the dining table with seating for four. Step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the sea air or take a catnap on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. You’ll love the privacy of the master suite complete with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.



Stay close or embark on a short, 20-minute drive to Destin Commons for lunch/dinner, a movie, and an afternoon spent browsing boutiques and shops.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.
